Picked up from our hotel at 6:30am and taken to Seseh village to meet Wayan. We entered the ocean via a surf beach which made for some excitement at the start. It was great fun. Our captain was Katut and he was very nice, funny and knowledgable. He taught us jigging which we had never done before which we used with success catching a snapper, decent sized Queen fish, a double header of black tuna and another striped fish. Nice mid morning meal of nasi goreng on board. Then after fishing we went back to the family villa in the village where the guys cleaned and cooked our fish and also served us with lobster and octopus. It was a wonderful experience in itself and well worth the money. With the knowledge of their father who is also a fisherman, Wayan and Katut are the perfect people to take you out fishing. They also care for the environment, believe in sustainable fishing and looking after the livelihood of other fisherman. Highly recommended.

This was a great experience. We went on a traditional boat which jumped over the waves like a speed boat. The weather conditions were not good and we did not catch anything but they made sure we had a good time. We were invited into the family home and cooked an absolutely delicious meal from the catch the day before. This was the best meal I had during my whole week in Bali. Wayan and family are very friendly and accomodating. I recommend this trip if you want to experience the real Bali.

Friendly and professional crew. Feel relax even in rough sea. Good catch in the fishing journey. The most favorite part is the lunch in Wayan’s home. He cook the catch very delicious and we lunch with his home stay guest. It is a wonderful experience for me and my wife.

Wayan is humorous and very nice.  It was so excited when we chased after a group of fishes.  Though we only got 3 fishes, it was a happy experience.
It is recommended to update the pricing on the web as it was quite misleading. When we first booked fishing and surfing activity, the fee shown was not clear if it was for one person or one private boat.
