Our guide, Wayne, and Tommy were the absolute best! It was a chilly morning and they even had a heater to make sure we stayed warm! We each caught a beautiful paddlefish within a short time. They continued to let us fish for other fish, offering us his famous sub sandwiches to munch on. Best fishing trip ever!

Wayne and Tommy were so much fun!! We did the 8 hour trip and we caught a variety! We told them what we wanted to catch and they would tell us if it was a good idea or not. They joked with us and really enjoyed conversation with them. Super down to earth people!

The guys on board were great. Friendly, very knowledgeable about the lake and the fish we were after. I definitely would recommend and ill be returning for another trip! Sandwhich was good and he has a selection of drinks as well. The boat wasn’t like all the other guides, there’s a canopy in case it gets too hot on the water. He’s also “photogenic” as he would say 😁 Highly recommend.

We had an incredible time fishing today! Captain Wayne and Tommy were fantastic guides. They were determined to have my son catch a Spoonbill, and they finally succeeded! Afterward, they took us to catch some catfish. We had a fantastic day, and we’ll definitely be back! I highly recommend this fishing trip. They provided everything we needed, except for our fishing licenses. We had a great time!

I picked Alexander’s Guide service based off their boat. You can usually judge a outfit by their equipment. Wayne and DK were friendly and responsive. The rest of the guides were running around on tiny flat bottom boats you typically see in tiny lakes, and charging twice as much. We watched them getting beat up by the waves. The 29’ North River we were on cut through the water perfectly. We will be booking with Alexander for our next trip.
