  Half Day Trip – Inshore (PM) on September 2, 2025

  Cannot say enough about Captain Tripp. Great communication while in the process of booking a trip with him and answers all questions quick. As far as fishing this guy busts his butt to get you on fish and makes the “tripp” as enjoyable as possible. Most charters wouldn’t even go out because of the wind but Captain took us to a few spots where the wind played in our favor and put us on some good sized bluefish and drum. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a fun time inshore. Capt grew up on the outer banks and you can tell he’s at home on the water.

  Family fun!!

  Half Day Trip – Inshore (AM) on July 3, 2024 • 4 adults • 2 children

  Awesome!! Great family time with our 13yr and 10yr old boys. Captain Tripp was very personable and great with kids!! He is probably in his mid 20’s but has been on the waters of OBX since he was very young and is a very experienced waterman. We were unsuccessful at first, but he moved locations and before long we were all catching fish. We’ve been on several charters as a family and this was by far the most fun we’ve had with any Captain. We will definitely book with Cpt. Tripp the next time we are in the Outer Banks. Highly Recommend!

  Great Day with Capt. Tripp

  Half day trip - (PM) on April 16, 2025 • 3 adults • 1 child

  Great day with my 12 and 14 year old sons with Capt. Tripp. Mid April trip can be tricky, Capt. Tripp had a plan to get us out of the wind and on fish that were currently active. The boys were pulling in some monsters right away. Local and knowledgeable Captain that made sure we were comfortable and on the fish. What more can you ask for.

  Sunset Cruise with Captain Tripp

  Half day trip - (PM) on March 22, 2025

  Girls & I went on a Sunset Boat Ride with Captain Tripp. Captain is as friendly as they come, knows the waters, and has a clean boat. He grew up here and knows all the local facts and spots. A Gorgeous Sunset! Can’t recommend him enough!

  Windy, with a chance of landing studs!

  windy day, but we went out. captain is as friendly as they come, knows the waters, had nice gear, clean boat and we got to fishing quick. we caught a huge blue fish and a 22in trout. def will be going out again , thank you for the memories!!
