Target Stripers on Lake Texoma with one of the most experienced guides around. You'll spend 5 hours on the water and may also catch Crappie, Catfish, Smallmouth, and Largemouth Bass. Just let your captain know what you're after and he'll get out. Make sure to purchase a fishing license beforehand and feel free to bring drinks and snacks.
You'll be spending the morning on Lake Fork or a close-by lake depending on where the bite is best. Start time is subject to change based on time of year and fishing conditions
Sometimes 4 hours is not enough and 8 hours is too much. But 6 hours is just right! Price is for 1 or 2 anglers.
Note: This trip is for up to 2 people. We will be using Livescope, as such, it's more difficult to book for more than two people and have a chance of getting limits. The price will look crazy if you try to book more than 2 people. Additional notes: We recommend reaching out before booking. Livescope's release to the general population had severe negative impacts to the 'keeper' crappie population on Lavon. If chasing a limit, please talk to the guide before booking. Learners are always welcome.

We will be targeting either catfish, white bass, crappie or hybrids.
Half day bass trips include worm fishing, crankbaits, spinner baits, jigs & more. More experienced anglers have the option to target trophy bass using garmin livescope.

Most trips use light spinning tackle with small jigs or live Minnows. Guides often start by searching brush piles, standing timber, docks, and bridge pilings. Vertical jigging means dropping a lure straight down to the fish. Slow trolling, also called spider rigging, spreads several rods to cover water at a steady pace. In spring, fish shallow spawning areas. In summer and winter, work deeper structure.
Charter days are simple, relaxed, and great for families and first-timers. Your captain provides gear and teaches you how to feel the light bite and set the hook gently. Expect short boat rides, lots of stops, and quick lessons on reading sonar. Bring polarized sunglasses, sun protection, snacks, and a small cooler for fillets if cleaning is offered. Dress in layers and wear non-slip shoes.
