Their goal is for you to have an exciting, memorable, and fun-filled journey every time you leave the dock and come back with a huge smile!
Join the captain on board their 40' flybridge, manufactured by the famous Luhrs company and restored in 2018. You can expect all the modern amenities and comforts on the 'Irish Cowboy'. A full-head toilet, showers, and a bed are available so you can take a break from fighting the gorgeous fish. The Irish Cowboy hasn't skimped on serious fishing equipment either, a flybridge, outriggers and downriggers, as well as a fighting chair, are all available on board to give you an added edge in getting that dream fish.
With Capt. Tim you will target a variety of excellent species in the area. Get ready to fight Blue and White Marlins, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Kingfish, Groupers, Blackfin Tunas, Wahoos, Snappers, Tilefish, Sharks, and anything else you run into! You'll get the chance to try out many different techniques, such as spinning, jigging, trolling, bottom fishing, or drift fishing with light and heavy tackle. For the adventurous anglers, kite fishing is also available, perfect for going after Marlins.
The first mate will assist you in any way possible, as well as clean and fillet your catch. Gratuity for the crew is appreciated, with 20% being the local norm. All required equipment will be supplied by the charter. There's no minimum age for kids with Cowboy Charters and anglers of all ages and skill levels are invited to join them on an exciting offshore adventure!

Tge deck hand (Caleb) worked his butt off for my family and I. he kept us entertained and was patient with some of the members who had never fished before. My son caught a betiful Wahoo, which is being mounted. we are definitely coming back.

They put us on fish early and often on our 6hr charter. We caught so many mahi we told them to start throwing them back because we already had enough to eat. Will kept the baits fresh and worked the entire trip making sure the gear was ready for the big one. Which Capt. Chris found us in the last hour of the trip, a beautiful Key West sailfish! I would recommend this charter to anyone and will book again next time we are down.

I can’t say enough about Captain Pel & 1st Mate John giving us the best experience and showing us all the fishing techniques!!! Full Day Trip on May 31, 2021 • 2 adultsI've done multiple private charters in Cabo, PV, Curacao, Alaska, and Hawaii. My wife and I went down to the Florida Keys during memorial day weekend and didn't want to miss out on having a go at fishing there. I wanted to target Sailfish, albeit wasn't the ideal season for it, and Captain John and his mate Nelly went above and beyond in doing their best to go out far and shoot for it. While we didn't get one, we had plenty of action throughout a full day trip, getting a Sail and Marlin in the spread, and catching well over a dozen Mahis! We easily led the fleet in quantity for most of the day, rest assured, these guys know what they're doing and have fun with you doing it. I'll certainly be going back out with these guys!

The Captain has a discerning eye and was clearly in his element. He worked with a quiet confidence and spoke like an old friend. With wild cheer, Russia worked like the madman he is. He never missed a beat while commanding the lines; a gifted mate for sure. I wish we would have booked the whole day. After catching a great number of Dolphin and a commendable Barracuda, we caught sight of a sizable Blue Marlin with forty minutes of fishing time left. The Captain's sharp eye kept us in play, but we just didn't have enough time. Right before we packed it in, we saw a handful of Dolphin do their best flying fish impersonations as they leapt only fifty feet away from our boat to escape the Marlin.

With that being said, when it comes to fishing it does not matter how great of a guide you have because its called fishing not catching. However, we caught a lot of fish. And it was awesome. - Austin The Irish Cowboy charter was amazing! There was plenty of space on the boat, cold water and sodas, and, of course, great fishing. We caught Mahi Mahi, Bonito, and Barracuda. There were 6 of us + the Captain Tom and first mate Justin. We each were able to catch multiple fish which they cleaned for us at the dock. The best part was how nice the crew was. This was the best fishing charter we have ever experienced! We highly recommend this charter with Captain Tom!! - Sarah

The held their own today. I cannot thank Jake and Kendall enough they made it so much fun. We turned the radio up and cut up. They were very personable and interacted with us the whole trip. They were patient when they needed to be and they were Gung-ho when they needed to be. Overall a great experience.

Not every day you catch a white marlin! Truly an experience of a lifetime. Capt Woody and Talon worked non stop to put on some awesome fish. Marlin, Tuna, Mahi, Sailfish and shark. Awesome trip! Will certainly be back next year.

Amazing experience with this charter. They c ustomized a trip for little ones to catch some bait fish and then swapped out for older anglers and some bigger game fish. Frank and Will were an awesome team and got us on fish early and worked hard to keep the rods bent and the lines tight. Total professionals and highly recommended.
