Sea-Clusion Key West runs offshore fishing trips of a variety of lengths out of Key West, FL, targeting the huge range of bottom, reef, and pelagic species to be found in the area. Key West needs no introduction as a sportfishing location. This angler's paradise of white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters offers some of the best fishing in the entire country and has yielded more world-record catches than anywhere else on the planet!
The boat you will be fishing aboard is a 46' Bertram sport fisherman powered by twin 430 HP Detroit Diesel engines. Completely rebuilt in 2015, she can carry up to 6 guests in sumptuous luxury. It includes GPS, fishfinder, outriggers, downriggers, a livewell, and a fighting chair to help bring in those blue water beasts. The vessel also boasts a large flybridge, and a fully air-conditioned interior complete with a head and plenty of space to relax in the cool in-between bites.
Sea-Clusion Key West offers trips of a variety of lengths and start times in order to best provide that perfect ocean experience you are looking for - whether you want to spend a morning on the reef pulling in delicious Snapper, Grouper, and Mackerel with the family; go all out on a full day offshore extravaganza doing battle with huge Marlin, Sailfish, Tuna, and even Swordfish; or anything in between!
Captain Steve is a very skilled professional that will work with you on every trip to make sure you get the very most out of your day on the water. You will be given a choice of light and heavy tackle, with the option to bottom fish, troll spin, jig, kite fish, and more, and at the end of the day all your catch will be cleaned and filleted for you ready to take home and enjoy!

We caught a good number of fish, most were tossed back and we ended up keeping only one mahi-mahi. The entire experience we were trolling and we caught several different kinds of fish doing so: mahi, tuna, jacks, and even a barracuda. The crew were great, both helping with keeping the lines always ready as well as educating the family on how to find fish, the types of fish, the bait, and even the birds. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Was a great time!

Captain Steve could have turned back, but he said there was better fishing ahead so we went through it fine. My nephew, wha has never trolled got the honor of bringing in the first strike. It was a beautiful sailfish. After that everyone got at least one turn to sit in the fighting chair. Most if our catches were too small, but it was still fun to reel them back in.

Captain Jeff and DeckLead Jeff were awesome! Couldn’t have asked for a better crew. We caught a Tuna and about 40 yellow fin snappers. Great experience we’ll definitely be back. The boats a little long in the tooth, but the crew made up for it for sure. 👍
