Climb aboard their excellent Blackfin boat, a 29' offshore sport fishing machine, capable of holding up to 7 anglers fishing in comfort. She's been restored recently, in 2014, so you can expect all the modern amenities a serious fishing boat should have. She's powered by twin Cummins engines, each producing 315 HP, propelling her across the sea at 35 knots - her maximum cruising speed.
Join Captain Marcel Brito as he trolls the pearlescent seas off the shore of Bayahibe. He'll assist and instruct you to the highest degree, giving you every advantage you need in order to catch that dream fish. The species you will target are varied, big, and prestigious: Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Sailfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Barracuda, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Little Tunny, and anything else you run into. Outriggers are available on board for added trolling power.
If the client doesn't want to keep his catch, the crew has 2nd pick. Certain areas have a strict catch and release policy. All Marlins are strictly catch and release only. The minimum age for children is 6. Capt. Marcel may not speak a lot of English, but he speaks the universal language of landing huge Marlin straight on his deck!

Half Day Trip (AM) on November 8, 2019 • 4 adultsThe day almost was changed to the next day due to some mechanical issues, however, Capt. Marcel got it taken care of and we went out as planned. Unfortunately the fishing was slow but we did manage to boat 3 barracudas , had another larger one throw the hook at the boat and had several other bites! Capt. Marcel and his first mate were gracious hosts and I would definitely recommend them!

We saw consistent action all day, lost two very large wahoos and a few barracuda. Ended up boating one barracuda and one Mahi. I highly recommend Marcel if your looking for a guide in the Bayahibe area.

After he would go back to driving working the baits s-turns,speed changes try to help trigger strikes.we caught 5 nice barracuda

The boat really on seats 3/4 passengers comfortably for a long day on the water. Had perfect fishing conditions in late March and came up with nothing. Long day, super dissapointed all around

Captain Marcel Brito comes from a long line of fishermen – his father and grandfather were both fishermen in international waters, and Captain Marcel has followed in their footsteps. He has lived on the water since he was a little boy and loves the fact his job lets him stay there every day. The captain loves teaching his customers the joys of offshore fishing and seeing them reel in their dream catch. Personable and friendly, he's always doing the necessary to ensure the customer is having fun. Capt.
