The inshore waters of Texas are known far and wide to be excellent and bountiful fishing grounds. Bull Redfish, huge Black Drum, and beautiful Speckled Trouts are teeming in this area and Fillabite Guide Service has their finger on the pulse of the fish – they’ll put you on the hottest bite around!

The boat you’ll fish from is a 24’ Haynie bay boat, capable of holding 4 anglers fishing at the same time. She’s powered by a 250 HP Mercury outboard engine, allowing her to fly across the shallow waters at 50 knots – you’ll spend practically no time traveling! When you do get close, there’s a wireless trolling motor on board, so you can stalk even the spookiest fish.

Captain Randy Filla will be your captain on this charter. Don’t worry, you’re in excellent hands – he has over 35 years of experience fishing inshore waters. A variety of fishing techniques are at your disposal to try out, such as popping, spinning, drift fishing or bottom fishing all with light tackle, as well as trolling. Quality Shimano rods and reels are provided to the customers for use on this charter.

All live bait is supplied to the customers, so you can just focus on fishing as much as you can. Children and beginners are more than welcome on board as Captain Randy really loves seeing a person fall in love with fishing for the first time. There is a minimum age policy of no children under the age of 6. The crew will clean and fillet your catch after your trip, so gratuity is appreciated. A Full-Day trip is between 6 to 7 hours long.
