Reel Native Fishing Charters
Operating along the near and inshore waterways all around Florida’s ‘big bend’, Reel Fishing Charters offers a range of fishing opportunities. With Captain Brent Woodard as your guide, you’re in safe hands to catch the region’s best and most prized fish. His 10 years of experience speaks for itself, and is a regular competitor and winner in tournaments along the north-west coast of Florida, such as the Red Fish Series.
Trips take place aboard a 2018-renovated 20’ California Skiff, powered by a 115 HP Mercury engine. The most adept boat at drifting along the backwaters and nearshores is enhanced by the use of a fishfinder and wireless trolling motor that will enable you to source the best location for fishing and sneak up close to the fish before casting and reeling them in.
Almost all types of fishing possible in these waters are encouraged, from drift fishing to trolling, jigging to spinning, with both light and heavy tackle - Capt. Brent has it all and is only too delighted to lend a helping hand to the less experienced at any of these techniques. Live bait is prepared before the trip at no extra cost to give you the best chance of making a catch and any fish you’d like to take home with you will be cleaned and prepared on board.
These waters are home to a wide range of fish, from the most tasty such as flounder, to the best game fish like Snook. The whole family can be sure of a great day out with Reel Native Fishing, with the option to even go snorkelling for scallops! Capt. Brent is calling you aboard today to truly experience these serene waters and their outstanding marine life.
