Great Guides and Kid Friendly
5 Hours Fishing and Snorkel on April 2, 20265 adults5 children
An amazing day on the water-- 5 adults and 5 kids. From the moment we boarded, the captain and crew made everyone feel welcome — they were communicative from the time we booked till time we got back to the marina. We were on fish almost the entire time, pulling in skipjack tuna one after another. The kids were thrilled. The snorkeling was great — safe, clear, and well-organized. The crew clearly knows these waters. The cherry on top? They made fresh ceviche from our catch right on the boat. Absolutely incredible. Kid-friendly, safe, action-packed, and genuinely fun from start to finish. We'll 100% be booking again.

Amazing Day!
8 Hour Trip – Offshore on March 7, 20262 adults
If we could rate Alfredo a sixth star, we would. He and his crew are top-notch. We speak very (and I mean very) little Spanish, but Alfredo and his crew were kind enough to communicate with us the whole time in English - Gracias! We spent quite a bit of time researching boats for our fishing trip and went with Alfredo because of the great reviews. We are extremely happy we did! Alfredo's communication with me was prompt and thorough. We arranged (for a small fee disclosed up front) to be picked up and dropped off in Punta Mita. I read that others recommended that you bring snacks if you're going out for an 8-hour day. Since we had a quick turnaround from arriving in Mexico to our charter, I asked Alfredo if he could help out. Alfredo arranged sandwiches and extra fruit...both super yummy! Also, the homemade guacamole and ceviche made with our fresh catch were the best we had during our entire time in Punta de Mita. So good! Now to the fishing... Alfredo and his crew hustled. If we weren't catching, he was moving us quickly to another spot. I lost count of the number of bonita we pulled in (often two or three on a line); we also caught 3 or 4 skipjack, a Spanish mackerel, and an Amberjack. Since we were staying at a hotel, we gave all but a filet of the Amberjack away. They were kind enough to call a restaurant at the harbor for us, which agreed to cook our catch for us when we got back to shore. Delicious!!

Thank you so much for this incredible review! Reading this truly means a lot to me and my crew. It was a real pleasure having you guys on board. From the moment we left the dock, our goal was to make sure you had the best day possible out on the water — great fishing, good food, and a fun experience all around. I’m really happy to hear you enjoyed everything, especially the guacamole and the ceviche. There’s nothing better than fresh ceviche made right after the catch! You guys did an awesome job on the rods — that was a lot of bonita! And landing that Amberjack was a great way to finish the day. I love that you got to enjoy it cooked fresh at the harbor too. Thank you again for choosing to fish with us and for trusting all those reviews when planning your trip. It really means the world to a small family crew like ours. Next time you’re back in Punta Mita, the boat and the cooler will be ready for you again.

Great Day Fishing on Lucina III
6 Hour Trip – Inshore Fishing on November 25, 20256 adults
Our family of 6 (ages 82 to 14) had a great day fishing on Lucina III with Alfredo and his crew. The boat was clean and very well provisioned with snacks and drinks. The fishing gear was high quality and well maintained. Alfredo was awesome, as was his crew. We fished inshore, and everyone caught fish…we hit skip jack, mackerel, and even a rooster fish. I very highly recommend the Lucina III to anyone who wants a great fishing experience in Puerto Vallarta!

Amazing Fishing Charter Great Captain & Crew
6 Hour Trip – Inshore Fishing on July 25, 202510 adults
A group of 8 of us went down to Puerto Vallarta for a bachelors trip and this fishing charter was the main event. We ended up going with the 6 hour inshore fishing tour and it was the best money we spent on the trip. The captain has over 40 years of experience on the water and his adult son is apart of the crew; great to support the family business. They both and the additionally crew member were very friendly and informative, the boat was easy to find and start the day, and they did so much work to ensure we were constantly ready to catch the next fish. Additionally, the meal/snack they prepared with the freshly caught Skipjack tuna was delicious; the best food we had on our trip!! We ended the day with each person catching at least one 20+ inch jack fish, a Jack Crevalle, and even catching a trophy fish - a 91 inch Sailfish. The only thing I would recommend is knowing a bit of Spanish as it would make communicating much easier but even if you just speak English these guys will have you catching fish in no time!

Puerto Vallarta Marina
4 Hour Trip – Sunset on March 9, 20268 adults1 child
It was great to have nephews and son and brother n law, and extended family members on boat. We got to see how to catch bait fish and then from baitfish the bigger fish. We caught two small fish and a decent size red snapper. The only downside was not being informed prior to trip that there was a marina excise tax. It should be broken down when trip is being booked. I thought that was kind of shady. The only other thing would be to notify in booking that sea's can be choppy/turbulent and to take sea sick medicine if necessary. Luckily no one got sick. Overall the trip was a blessing, they had nice amenities such as bathroom and covered area's to keep one out of intense sunlight

Thank you for sharing your experience. It was great having your family on board, and we’re happy you enjoyed seeing the process of catching bait and then going after the bigger fish — and landing that nice red snapper! Regarding the marina excise tax, during the booking process it isn’t reflected on the platform, but when we share the departure details we do include the marina tax of 41 pesos per person. We truly appreciate the feedback and will continue working to make this clearer for future guests. Hope to have you back on board again soon.
