Sunshine Charters 

had a group of 8 on trip my grandsons age 10 and 6 were the main reason for this trip I had told captain Benson all that I cared about was them catching fish and that we did ! this was a scheduled 4 hour trip from 12 ro 4 but we were on a cruise so our schedule needed to be adjusted a little any other charter I've had elsewhere it was 4 hrs from sight of boat to tail lights leaving. we met captain Benson at the pier at 1130 and around 4 pm I had to tell him we needed to go unless he wanted to haul us to Bimini I swear we could have fished all night if we wanted too. so thankful to him and his first mate for an awesome trip. we will return

we really enjoyed our day on the water with Captain Benson. Recommend him anytime although we didn’t catch any tune or a Maui Maui like we had hoped they put us on some bottom fish and we still had a great time. 

From the time we arrived at the dock until the end of the charter everything was top notch. Captain took us to 3 different spots and was quick to move when the fish stopped hitting. His crew was fantastic helping the younger anglers with less experience. Great day on the water and next time we are in Nassau will be booking with Captain Benson!

Had an incredible time on the fishing charter! The staff and captains were amazing—super friendly, knowledgeable, and great with the kids. We caught tons of fish and made some unforgettable memories. Highly recommend for a fun family adventure on the water!

We booked an 8 hour trip in hopes of a day of fun. It was the exact opposite. The captain clearly did not have good fishing spots he only put us on the same species of fish (2) and everything was small. One of the workers on the boat said the guy doesnt know what hes doing and we should have gone sonewhere else and to not book him next time. We paid this guy 2K for a $50 experience. we got robbed!

Captain Benson was fantastic with our group of seven, including the kids. He was patient, kept everyone engaged, and made sure every single person got a chance to reel something in. He clearly knows these waters and put us right on the fish. The boat was clean and comfortable, and he handled all the bait and rigging so the kids could just enjoy the action. A great day on the water. If you’re visiting Nassau with family, book with Sunshine Charters — you won’t regret it.”

Our family had a blast. The scenery is spectacular but Captain and crew even moreso. Despite difficult conditions ok the water, the crew worked tirelessly to find us fish. In particular, we just loved the big fun personalities of rhe Captain and crew. They were not only professional but helpful and delightful. When we return, we will dedinately hope to rejoin them.

Captain did not discount our four hour trip as it was only three hours because of rain. He returned after 3 hours and charged for four hours. First mate cut up our catch and asked if the ones that he fileted was enough, as there were 12 of us and it looked like about five fish, we asked him to filet the others too. Our catch was about eight edible fish. However, Captain Benson and his crew did a good job other than no discount. It was still a nice trip. Thank you,

They were both very nice snd accommodating. We had 9 of us, just fishing for anything and we all brought in a fish of two. They were pleasant and experienced. i assume they’d have good knowledge of all the different types of fishing you’d hope to do. Water, soda and rum punch provided.
