Our 3 hour Seafari is ideally suited for family, friends, colleagues, engagements, spreading of ashes, team building, celebrations, light tackle/junior fishing, and marine photography). Cruise speed between 6 and 16 knots depending on sea conditions and your preference at the time.
On all our 'seafaris' we encounter all sorts of marine life. Catching fish along our amazing coastline is a visual treat. Whales, Dolphins, Sun Fish, Cape Fur Seals, Penguins, and many pelagic birds will often be sighted. Our Light Tackle Seafari is based on great fishing and tackle that is always in perfect condition for you to enjoy. We are proud to be one of the larger and best-kept charter boats available. Hout Bay has incredible scenery, you can relax and enjoy your time at sea. This Seafari is perfect for juniors to catch their first fish.
Your Light Tackle Seafari will include amazing scenery, fresh air, good company, a friendly deckhand, and grumpy skipper, use our superb vessel, fuel, Ice, drinking water, and glasses. If we can assist you with any special request, we will gladly help where we can. Optional Barbeque available.
You should bring a warm jacket, hat, sunscreen, your choice of music (played through Bluetooth speakers), a camera, drinks of your choice, and snacks.
Be sure to ask Captain James about our optional extras. Extended time rates are available by request.

initial dissapoint was when the captain call in the morning and said the trip is cancelled due to crew being sick. I asked if he could get a stand in and he eventually got someone. We were excited once again, and the trip was awesome, we were 10 on the boat and each caught a fish, although we had to share Rods it was fun and a pleasent experiance for all
This was exactly what we were looking for, father and son day out with friends. Met our expectation in every sense, firstly professional to a tee, exactly the right balance of engagement with us. Great and appropriate focus on safety, the day wasn't rushed or in a hurry at all, stopped to engage with a dolphin pod (amazing) and watch some INSANE surfing up close! Would absolutely recommend this team - they know what they are doing
