Capt.Kent or Capt. Adam have over 50 years of combined experience fishing throughout the Great Lakes. They are both patient Captains who's happy to introduce you to fishing and make sure you don't leave empty-handed.
Whitecap Charters takes customers out from May to late September depending on the season.you'll be using Light Tackle to Battle some of the toughest fish the Great Lakes offers. We will make sure to maximize your time on the water.
You'll explore this beautiful lake on our 31' SeaRay Amberjack motor yacht, restored in 2019. 'Double Trouble' is a new addition to Whitecap charters Fleet.
The boat can take out up to 6 people who can all fish at the same time. You'll be fishing in comfort, using baits provided by your captain.
Double Trouble has top of the line navigational equipment on board to help put you on the fish.
You'll find all the fishing equipment provided for you on board, and you'll fish using top-notch Shimano rods and reels. There's a variety of fish species that call this lake their home.
We will target Fish like Chinook and Coho Salmon, Lake, Brown, and Rainbow Trout.
There's a Fish cleaning service included in the price, so you can have a taste of your catch upon returning home.
We do also have a Restaurant in Town that will Cook your catch.
Snacks and drinks CAN BE provided, and there's catering for an EXTRA FEE if you want the captain to provide lunch.

The sun broke over Lake Michigan as the water came alive beneath the boat. Captain Russell put us on the fish as the reel screamed, and the fight was on. A trophy salmon and enough trout to feed a family of 12 for days.

Our family group of six went out for a morning charter and stared catching fish right away! Not only did we catch great fish, everyone caught at least one fish. The largest was an 18lb Lake trout among other large trout and chinook too. Highly recommend, we had a trip to remember.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 10% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
