Enjoy a day of superb fishing on the prolific waters of South Africa with Knysna Fishing! Join us and set out to explore ample angling opportunities around Knysna, and who knows, maybe hook yourself a trophy.

Hop aboard captain’s 25’ Butt Cat with twin 125 HP Mercury engines and plenty of room to accommodate up to 10 people. You’ll have all the necessary safety equipment and navigational electronics to take you to the bite, as well as outriggers that will help you cover more water while trolling. Bring food and drinks for the trip and your own icebox.

When it comes to the fish species that you could target, the sky is the limit! You can try your hand in bottom fishing for Musselcracker, Snapper, Grunter, and Cod or do some line fishing with rods for anything from King Mackerel to Kob. If you’d like to cook your catch after the trip, there are cleaning facilities available where you can clean and fillet your catch.

You don’t have to worry about bringing your own tackle, there will be rods, reels, and an assortment of bait on board. What you need to get is a valid fishing license, and some snacks and drinks will do you good.

Children who are at least 7 years old can join you on your trip. Charter is 5.5 hours and children must be able to endure the hours unless you are booked for a private charter.
