You'll be fishing aboard a state of the art 18' Key West flats boat. It will provide everything you need, including electronics to help your captain put you on the fish. It can accommodate up to 3 people fishing at the same time, so it's perfect for a day out with a couple of friends.
Capt. Francisco will provide you with all the fishing equipment you'll need, as well as live bait. He'll provide a range of artificial lures, and show you all the best techniques to use in these waters.
These waters are as productive as they are beautiful, so expect to have your hands full! You'll test your angling skills against the prized Peacock Bass, and try to reel in some of the biggest specimens around. Expect to run into the occasional Mangrove Snapper as well.

The captain knew right where to put me and was sure to give me pointers when I needed it to catch more fish. The deep local knowledge was apparent immediately. The spot we went to was amazing, clear water, great views and awesome banter. The fish were beautiful peacock bass that battled me all the way to the boat. What a treat to see. Also it was just us for hours without seeing anyone else. I can’t wait to come back! Thanks for the a great morning!

I had an afternoon trip scheduled and he reached out well in advance and asked if we were able to fish in the morning instead because the bite had been better in the morning. He was on time and prepared for us the morning of our trip. We caught a bunch of tarpon in the 8-15 lb range in the first 3 hours so we decided to move and target the bigger class fish. We had 2 big bites in the last hour which is all you can ask for when targeting world class tarpon. Water, soda, bug spray, and sunblock were provided as promised. I would most definitely fish with Captain Paco again!

He is an excellent teacher and was really helpful as we were learning the technique to hook loads of peacock bass. In the end we caught 30+ fish, a lot of which were very nicely sized. Paco took us to a gorgeous lagoon not too far from San Juan with crystal clear water and very little fishing pressure. Great trip overall and I definitely recommend fishing with Captain Paco.

caught over 30 peacock bass! after startingthe day in an absolute deluge, the sky cleared as we launched, just a little damp. we sight fished and chased several schools of Tarpon but never hooked one. it was still really fun to try!!! Captain Paco has a "private" lake, and id come back and fish that any day! He came w exceptional boating skills, as the water was shallow and the channels thru were tight and twisted at times. the water was gin clear and the habitat in excellent condition.

captin paco was top of the line! got us on the fish and was patient with us while we adjusted to the fihsing style! amazing sportsman, we foul hooked and got broken off on the last fish of the day and captin paco stayed past our time until we caught him again and retrieved the hook out of him! don't hesitate to book this trip!
