Jump aboard his 29' Everglades center console powered by twin Suzuki engines that get you to those productive offshore grounds fast! Extras including the latest in navigational and fishfinder technology, as well as a high-end stereo system make your trip even better.
Capt. Gary is USCG-licensed and has the permits to get you fishing beyond the 9-mile state water limit. Bottom fishing is the name of the game here and you'll head up to 60 miles out in search of several varieties of Snapper, Grouper, Hogfish, Seabass, and Amberjack. You can also do some trolling for other fish that calls these waters home, including Mahi Mahi, Blackfin Tuna, and King Mackerel! Book a Shark trip and battle the big ones.
Gary also provides all licenses, equipment, and plenty of ice for your catch. Capt. Gary will prepare dead bait before the trip, but if you want to use live bait you and the captain can catch it together.
There's no minimum age for kids and life jackets in all sizes are provided. Catch cleaning and filleting is included in the price, if the total number of fish cleaned is under 50. Your deckhand and capt work for tips. If you're happy with the service, a 15-20% tip is customary.

Took my wife and son out for his graduation present.When we got to the fishing grounds captain pretty quickly located fish. We were able to catch alot of grouper unfortunately almost all were just about an inch under legal size. Anyone who thinks all they will catch is keepers has never been fishing Still came home with some red snapper 1 grouper a few other mix fish and sore arms from reeling.Deckhand Aiden was friendly professional and johnny on the spot with our lines and our bait keeping our hooks in the water. Would definitely recommend this trip.
Richard thank you for the review. The sharks were definitely out today in the tall water. The big fish never stood a chance as we were “sharked” with almost any big fish. Hope you guys enjoy the rest of your trip and we will always keep a light on for you!
Let me say first off my wife and I had a blast we was on fish every min of every hour. We knew nothing about deep sea fishing we love bass fishing back home in Kentucky but found out that it’s very different than deep sea fishing. With captain Gary’s lifelong deep sea fishing experience he turned amateurs into amateurs who caught some massive fish. I texted him when I scheduled this appointment and told him me and my wife has never been and wanted to catch some HOGS and let me tell ya he put us on them. Gary is a respectful down to earth dude I’m very glad we booked this trip.

I fish all over the United States from Alaska to Hawaii to the Atlantic and Great Lakes. When I say this Capt knows what he’s doing I mean it! He is such a fun guy to fish with and at the same time is seriously driven to put fish on the deck. This is the most fun I’ve ever had on a charter. I caught more grouper and snapper than I could keep track of. Don’t let the picture of 4 fish fool ya! That was my legal limit. From the first spot to the last I was reeling in fish. Lastly, the Capt was not afraid to burn fuel like many charters, he is willing to make the drive to keep you on fish.
Nicholas, There are some people that do this for the money and then there are a few like me that do it for the experiences, memories, and relationships built along the way. What a fun day today! A buddy of mine and I had an incredible offshore fishing experience with Captain Gary. He expertly guided us through several of his fishing spots, consistently putting us in the best spots to find action. His professionalism and experience was evident from start to finish. Being a licensed captain, he ran a safe and sturdy operation with excellent situational awareness. The boat was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary gear to ensure a successful outing. He also keeps a fun and light atmosphere and had us laughing during the trip while still being laser focused on slamming the next catch. It was clear to us that being a fishing guide isn’t just a job for him but something he truly enjoys. His dedication to the craft combined with a customer-first approach made the experience not only productive but one to remember. Near the end of the trip I mentioned to him that we were hoping to catch an American Red Snapper for my daughter and Japanese side of the family, and I could tell the captain wanted to deliver that for us, and indeed he set us up the bomb. 49.7 mi offshore, on the very last cast, we hooked and landed a keeper just before the trip ended for a buzzer beater, and took home a prized fish for a special meal and an unforgettable moment. Overall highly professional, safety-conscious, and genuinely passionate about fishing. We are looking forward to our next cross-country trip to Florida to book another trip with the Cap'n
Monster Red Grouper and Red Snapper went to the dinner table! What a fun experience making memories with these two! I so appreciate the review and the memories that we made. You guys were quick learners to the bite and listened to the old captain and for that you enjoyed the rewards. The gulf was so calm I couldn't believe we were 45 miles offshore. Gary and Aiden were outstanding. Highly recommended! We caught Grouper, Amberjack, Sharks and lost a few big ones. Super knowledgeable and knew where to go to find fish.
