Liberty Inshore Charters LLC invites you to spend a day on the river and sound areas of Liberty and Bryan counties in Georgia. Captain Daniel has been fishing this area over two decades and he specializes in inshore fishing. With a year round fishing season, you can join any time it works for you. Pick your favorite people and head straight to Halfmoon marina!
You will be fishing on a 21’ Key West Bay Reef boat, powered by a 150 HP Yamaha engine, with touch screen Garmin GPS, Bluetooth stereo with music of your choice, and a Minn Kota I-pilot trolling motor and powerpole. This center console accommodates up to 4 guests on every trip.
During your trip with Captain Daniel, you can target all kinds of inshore fish. Spinning rods floating live shrimp is one of the best ways to catch Redfish, Trout, and Flounder…and your guide is the master of this technique! Shark trips consist of anchoring and bottom fishing with heavier rods and tackle. You get to keep the catch and, as a bonus, have it cleaned and filleted by the captain.
Ice cold water is provided along with all gear, fishing licenses, and live bait. You only need to bring some snacks and sunblock. Kids of all ages are welcome, so bring them along, and teach them to enjoy nature, and maybe catch a few on the way! It’s never too early to learn a new skill.

Captain Daniels was great overall! Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side today, and the thunder and lightning caused us to cut our experience short. Even though we didn’t get to enjoy the full trip, we still had a great experience with Captain Daniels. We will definitely be booking with him again—hopefully next time with nothing but clear skies! Highly recommend!

I booked a 5-hr inshore fishing trip for our family, all of which have varied experience with salt water fishing. Capt Daniel provided ongoing instructional tips and put us on the fish. We had a great catch of redfish, trout, drum and sheepshead to bring home. Daniel engages everyone in conversation and makes the trip feel like we are fishing with a new friend. Captain Daniel has been fishing for 45 years now and he's not planning to stop any time soon. For the past 24 years, he's been exploring the waters of Georgia and holds a Coast Guard 100 ton masters license. His love for fishing started as a hobby but at some point, it became his profession. It's a dream come true - being on the water every day, enjoying the outdoors, and sharing this experience with other people.
