Offshore Fishing trips on the Federally Permitted Tidewater extend miles beyond state waters to target the biggest and hardest fighting fish the Gulf has to offer. Family Fishing trips with offshore and inshore options; where the Captain will cater the itinerary to your preferences… fishing, cruising, watching dolphins, and exploring local scenery around Crab Island and Destin harbor.
Our Tidewater 280 Adventure seats 6 guests comfortably with a terrific and dry ride. The latest in digital navigation-radar-sonar assures we find the fish. A covered helm area provides lots of shade, and the console has a private toilet. We provide a cooler with clean ice for drinks & snacks. Insulated fish boxes to keep your catch fresh till we're at the dock.
Some of the species we'll target include Amberjack, Cobia, Snapper, Grouper, Triggerfish, Shark, Spanish Mackerel, Mahi, Jack Crevalle, Redfish, Black Drum, King Mackerel, Mahi, Sailfish and Tuna. We filet and pack your fish to bring home or to a local restaurant (ask us if you need recommendations).
We provide all the tackle, bait, and licenses. We have bottled waters but you may want to pack other drinks and snacks. Our trips are family friendly, so bring the kids.

if your looking for a great day on the water on a nice boat witha fun crew then this is your charter! We started the day out having a good time catching some bait fish then it was off to reeling them in. We caught so many Red Snapper unfortunately they were not in aeason butvwe did manage to catch Grouper, white snapper and vermillion snapper along with trigger fish that were keepers. we also caught a lot that were just shy of size limit to keep. The crew were great to talk to and had a sense of humor to joke with. Looking forward to our next time out soon!

What an epic day!!! Parker the Captain and Sam the First Mate were absolutely fantastic - they put us on the fish and kept us there. Exceptional crew who were personable and ready to help in every way possible. I have been on many offshore trips and this was definitely one of the best trips ever. Would definitely rebook them without hesitation.

We went out with Parker on his 30’ Pursuit, which accommodated our group perfectly—plenty of space and very comfortable. After securing bait, Parker had us on mackerel in no time. Once we had our fill, we headed out in search of snapper, and Parker definitely delivered. He knows all the right spots, and more importantly, he’s equipped with the right gear to bring fish in fast and efficiently. I’ve chartered fishing trips all over Florida and Texas, and Parker ranks among the best. When I return to the Destin area, there’s no question—I’ll be booking with him again.
Captain Parker and first mate Jake were the best. This was our family’s first time fishing and we caught 12 keepers. Captain Parker told us we would be pulling them in quickly and that is exactly what happened. We did have a dolphin circling us and taking our catch as we reeled it in so Captain Parker moved us to a different spot. I will definitely use them again if we come back to the area,

Caption Dusty was great, we caught all different species of fish, some keepers some not. He worked hard to put us on the fish and made sure we went home with enough to feed the family. He worked his butt off finding the fish and keeping all of us baited up when the bite was on.
