Head out of Panama City in Florida, and experience some of the best fishing around with Dauphins Charter Fishing! Join Captain Ryan Dauphin, a third-generation angler who knows everything about fishing in the area. He’ll take you to the best fishing spots and make sure to maximize your chances of reeling in some big one.
You’ll head out on “No Control,” a 40’ Henrique offshore sportfishing boat restored in 2024. It’s powered by twin 315HP Cummins engine, so it’ll get you to the best fishing grounds in no time! There’s navigational equipment on board to put you on the fish and maximize your chances of catching big ones.
The waters of the Gulf of Mexico are brimming with a variety of fish species, so there’s always something you can target. Depending on how far out you want to go, you’ll be coming face-to-gill with Amberjack, Mahi Mahi, Cobia, Grouper, Snapper, King and Spanish Mackerel, and Wahoo.
Capt. Ryan will provide you with all the fishing gear on board, including rods, reels, and tackle. You’ll be fishing using live bait as well as a range of artificial lures, trying out a variety of techniques. All you need to bring is some food and drinks so that you stay refreshed throughout your trip!

Captain Ryan and first mate Alan are first rate, very personable and put you at ease! Booking in November can be challenging due to changing weather, we were able to adjust dates to try for the best weather conditions. When we did go out, he put us on the fish immediately to catch our limits. The wind didn't cooperate and when it got too rough for my older parents, he adjusted the trip to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a fun time. Can't wait for the next trip!

Ryan and Allen were fantastic! They hooked us up with some high action spots. My group of 6 caught about 60 fish and kept 40 on our 6hr charter. I’d highly recommend using them! Ryan is a true professional as a Captain and I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. Only thing I’ll note, the address posted is not the correct one. It seems it’s hard to get it changed for them on this app. The actual Pier is Pier 98 (a little further from downtown PCB and a longer boat ride to the fishing spots).

Cap'n Ryan and deckhand Alan were fantastic. Very fun and engaging to talk to, knew what they were doing, got us on some fish quick inshore then we went offshore to see if we could fine something bigger. Caught a bunch of Spanish Mackeral and Bonita both inshore and offshore. The boat is amazing with a large indoor cabin for getting out of the sun if desired and a roomy back deck perfect for fishing. Would 1000% fish with them again next time we're in the area.

We booked with Dauphin Charters with Captain Ryan!!!! We were five and the first mate worked hard to keep us baited and catching !!! Our group all caught fish and we caught our limit and along with that we caught some enormous red snapper!!!! Not a dull moment waiting for a bite as the Capt. moved us to when the bite slowed!!!! Wonderful and productive trip beyond our imaginations!!!! We highly recommend this business!!!

Dauphins fishing provided a great fishing experience from the time we stepped on his boat until we stepped off. Captain Ray and his team are first-class, and they put us on fish at every stop, and we caught multiple species. When we got too warm, we just stepped inside the air-conditioned cabin. First time with Captain Ryan guaranteed there will be second, third,... times fishing with them - overall a 10+ out of 10 experience!
