He started as a kid with his dad and realized what he wanted to do for a living. Capt. Mark followed his passion and became a professional guide. Now, he’s helping other people to discover their own passion for fishing and shows them the best way to use it.
Both novice anglers and experienced fishermen are welcome to join. Capt. Mark will show new anglers how to use the equipment, while skilled ones can come to level up their game.
You’ll be fishing on a 26’ Sailfish boat that accommodates up to 6 guests. This center console is powered by twin 150 HP Yamaha engines and can reach the speed of 30 knots. The shorter the traveling time, the longer you’ll catch fish. The boat features a private toilet, Simrad navigational electronics, a live bait tank, and a cooler.
You’ll go after Striped Bass and Bluefish using different fishing techniques, such as trolling with wire or lead core line, spinning with Penn reels, or jigging.
All fishing equipment you’ll need for the day is covered by the captain. He’ll also cover your fishing licenses and soft drinks. After the trip, if you’d like to take a bite of your catch, Capt. Mark will clean and bag your catch, so it will be ready for the frying pan as soon as you leave the boat. You only need to pack some snacks and you’re ready to go.

Best Captain and First Mate, ever!

I have Ben fortunate enough to fish with many different Captains and mates. I rank Captain Mark and First Mate Casey, the best. A lot of Captains say they are kid friendly, and then really don’t spend the time making sure the kids have fun. Captain Mark and Casey, really went above and beyond to make the trip fun. They were fun, funny, helpful, energetic, kind, they coached, and made sure we were all comfortable. Bonus, we caught a lot of fish. These guys were the best I have ever had the pleasure to fish with. Thank you for an awesome day!

My buddies and I had a great experience and a wonderful time with Mark and his mate. Mark was very friendly and easy going making the trip a joy. Helped us catch some monster stripe bass, but we couldn't keep them because they were too big :). Don't hesitate to book a trip. Pano

So fishing was okay, Captain Mark got us on the fish early. We caught a couple Sea Robin's and a few Stripers. They worked hard getting a few more opportunities. Captain Mark was fantastic and his First Mate was excellent. We might not have nailed the fish today, but we had fun and we're happy to be out with Captain Mark again. Would highly recommend him to any and all.

Went out the morning of 7/31 with Captain Mark and Casey. To say the trip was fantastic is an understatement. Morning was windy and a little choppy, but Captain Mark got us on fish within minutes. They couldn’t have been more helpful to my 9 year old son, who ended up catching 6 stripers. It was the highlight of our vacation and highly recommend Captain Mark.
