Capt. Fabian Guerrero is a USCG licensed and insured captain with more than 2 decades of experience fishing Southwest Florida's vast and fertile waters. He started fishing major tournaments at the age of 12, took 4th place in a pro redfish tour event before turning 16, and year after year he has expanded his skill set for catching a wide range of sought-after gamefish that thrive in the region.

When it comes to finding the hot bite, Capt. Fabian is second to none. Not only is he in tune with the movements and predators and prey, but his area of expertise spans from the coastal creeks and major rivers—like the Caloosahatchee—to the shallow flats and mangrove shorelines of Estero Bay, Pine Island Sound and Charlotte Harbor, to Boca Grande, Captiva and other passes, the beaches and nearshore waters.

For unbeatable comfort, safety and fishabilty, Capt. Fabian runs a 24-foot T Craft Brand custom boat powered by a Suzuki 300 hp motor, which offers a smooth and dry ride, makes a spacious and extremely stable fishing platform, and gets you from one hotspot to the next in a hurry. Of course, the boat has the latest in navigation and fish-finding electronics, as well as all the necessary safety equipment.

Captain Fabian's got you covered for all the fishing gear you'll need for your trip as well as for licenses. Anglers need only bring personal items like polarized sunglasses, rain jacket, etc.

Perfect charter experience
3/4 Day Trip on May 18, 20264 adults

Captain Fabian provided us with an excellent day on the water. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area, and put us on a number of great bites. Our day included a good balance of technical sport fishing and easier trout fishing. Everyone in our group of 4 caught plenty of fish. Captain Fabian filled our coolers and then some with great looking fish; we will be eating well for the next few days. Overall, we had a great experience and will be returning for another trip in the future! I would strongly recommend this charter, whether you're looking to sport fish or fill your cooler, or even a little bit of both.

Excellent experience for me and friend from the UK.
Half Day Trip on May 4, 20262 adults

I wanted to give a friend from the UK a unique SW Florida experience while he was visiting. I chartered a half day trip with Captain Fabian for some inshore fishing. Everything about the trip was excellent. The weather cooperated. Fish were caught, some for the table and others catch and release. Captain Fabian is an excellent guide and boat operator. Knowledgeable of the area, professional and just really good company to have on a boat. He runs a spotlessly clean boat that is well maintained and well organized to maximized guest comfort and ease of movement while fishing. I heartily recommend him to anyone looking for a charter and will likely use him again for future trips in this area.

Great Family Fishing Trip!
Half Day Trip - 1:00 PM on June 12, 20263 adults3 children

I am a father of three young children (10, 8 and 8) and wanted to give them the experience of a charter fishing trip where they could catch a variety of fish but also, just catch fish! The captain was great and very accommodating to my littles. We caught loads of Mangrove Snapper and a few other species of fish. His boat was very clean and equipment well maintained, both I appreciated. We shared good conversation and learned about the area as we fished. I would recommend Gulf Coast Charter Service and my family hopes to charter with them again in the future.

Fantastic trip!
Half Day Trip - 1:00 PM on March 24, 20261 adult2 children

There’s a reason Capt Fabian only has 5 star reviews. Simply put, he’s just a great guy and truly knows the water and what he’s doing. He has an immaculately kept boat and great custom gear. Most importantly for me, he was incredibly patient with my two sons who are 9 and 7, teaching them what do and joking with them along the way. He shifted around our tactics as the afternoon went along and we were able to catch lots of trout (some really big), a couple snook, and at least a half dozen redfish. I know my boys and I will remember this experience for a long time!

Half Day Trip - 1:00 PM on April 2, 20264 adults

Went on the afternoon trip and the captain took us out early. We requested fish for eating to start. Tried several spot and caught a variety of fish. Mostly trout. Also caught about a 3’ shark but when it got up next to the boat, it decided it had enough and broke the line and swam away. Captain then took us to sport fish. Those were Refish and other catch and release type fish. Everyone had a great time and caught fish. Defiantly will go with this captain again next time
