Saltwater Excursions is located in Fort Myers and offers to show you a memorable time in these waters. Capt. Dillon Bryant will put you on the target fish of your choice as you strive to keep tight lines!
Capt. Dillon will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 4 to 8-hour trips, mainly fishing for Snook, Redfish, Snapper, Tarpon, Sheepshead, and Speckled Trout, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, heavy tackle, and spinning.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 24' Key West 230 Bay Reef boat that can safely take up to 4 anglers. This boat comes with a toilet.
All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip. The boat will be supplied with drinks for your pleasure, be sure to let the captain know if you have any questions or want to bring your own.

We were caching fish every couple minutes. Dillon was on it. Every fish my kids caught he was right there to take it off and if the bait fell off he had a shrimp waiting for them. He was super sweet and educational with ny three girls 11,9,and 5. He took us to see Dolphins and string rays too. I couldn’t recommend him more!

3/4 Day Trip on October 4, 2025 • 4 adultsCaptain Dillon did an absolutely amazing job, from before we even arrived, he was communicative, quick to reply and extremely helpful! Then the morning arrived and from the moment we were on site He was on point, and got us right on the fish, immediately reelin em in! He was so attentive to each of us the entire day, never let up or took a break. Got us on some monster red, we caught some Jacks, more speckled trout than I count and all day just had the most amazing experience!! Would highly recommend him to anyone that would listen, and plenty that arent! 🤣 I really couldn't say enough about how awesome our experience was, and that was because of the human element, Captain Dillon. Absolute Joy! Fish On!! 🐟 🐠 🎣

Half Day Trip - 1:00 PM on February 16, 2026 • 2 adultsCaptain Dillon was awesome. Took my son and I on a four-hour trip and it was fantastic. Capt was super friendly, on time and knowledgeable. Took us directly to several great spots where we caught lots of fish, about 6 different species by the end of the day and he cleaned up and filleted some good ones for us to take to the local restaurant and have it cooked up for dinner! Highly recommend!

Captain Dillon is extremely knowledgeable about the waters your fishing, and species you're targeting; and he's an all around good guy too! He is also extremely patient with inexperienced anglers as well. The only reason you wouldn't catch anything is because you're a horrible angler.

Where do I start. Captain Dillon was quick to reply to my questions leading up the trip and asked great questions to understand skill and expectation of our party. During the trip we tried for Snapper and Red but they weren't biting with any regularity. We could have stayed and tried longer, but my goal/ask was to get my boys on fish we could take to a local place to eat, so Captain Dillon put us on several schools of Sea Trout. My boys and I had a blast and easily caught our limit. Caught a couple other species, but they are escaping me. He was also great at teaching my boys on the finer points of when to set the hook and it was great to see the boys' progression from the beginning to end of the trip. Boys had a blast and said the trip was aweome and hoped they could go on another charter with Captain Dillon because they caught fish and because Captain Dillon was so nice. I told them when we come back, we're definitely going to call on Captain Dillon.
Patrick, what an incredible morning on the water especially watching them two boys ripped lips and hand out free piercings memories like this is the reason why I love to fish what an incredible family, safe travel, sir. See you in the next one, my brother.
Captain Dillon is a great guy! we had so much fun fishing with him. Captain had us on the fish the whole time. we caught a whole lot of fish. He is very kind and very knowledgeable! We had the best time ever! Captain Dillon found some dolphins on our way back in and he slowed down and the dolphins git roght behind us and followed our boat junping out of the water. Thanks you so much Captain Dillon! unbelievable timeand we will definitely be calling you next time we get a charter!!!

We had plenty of fish, he slowed down for the kids to see the dolphins running with the boat and even made it a point for them to see manatees while we were catching fish. He was great with the kids and excellent personality. We will definitely be looking forward to our next trip down here.
