His charter boat is a custom 24' Southern Cross bay boat powered by a 300 HP Yamaha engine. On board you will find the latest electronics, including Simrad GPS and Fishfinder, a Minn Kota trolling motor, and a 10' Power Pole anchor system. Captain Tyler also offer Fly Fishing Charters on board his 2018 Hells Bay Skiff.
Pine Island Sound and the surrounding waters offer some of the finest sport fishing in the world. Whether fishing the mangroves for giant Snook and Redfish or off the beach chasing down the elusive Silver King, Capt. Tyler guarantees to put forth 100% of his efforts to ensure you have the most successful day of fishing possible.
Having fresh live bait is key to catching these big game fish. Capt. Tyler will be awake before the sun is up to catch the freshest live bait possible for your custom fishing charter.
You'll be using the highest quality fishing equipment, with reels from Shimano spooled with Power Pro braided lines matched with Star Stellar Lite rods. Capt. Tyler only uses high-end rods and reels to give you the best chance of staying hooked up to that fish of a lifetime.
Indigenous Charters provides a fishing license and pickup service from waterfront facilities. You may keep your catch and Capt. Tyler will clean and fillet it for you.

Another great trip with Captain Tyler. He had us catching bucket list fish....Tarpon!
Tyler took us out Tarpon fishing and it was a great experience. He did a fantastic job putting us on the fish! My 12 and 14 years old boys loved it. Highly recommend Tyler!
Friend and I booked with Captain Tyler while staying in Sanibel. He kept it easy for us by picking us up by boat on Sanibel to start the day. He is clearly a seasoned charter captain between where to get bait, what fish are getting hot, and how to work the areas. He ran us into a day full of fish and constantly got us lines in the water when we decided to tangle up or lose our bait. Highly recommend anyone looking run into fish in the Sanibel/fort Myers area.
Captain Tyler was great! We were only in town 2 days, we booked for a Thursday and he called us early in the week to ask about changing days because of weather. We rescheduled to Friday afternoon, but the weather was still a little windy. He put us on an oyster bed and the kids quickly caught several ladyfish. We then tried a few red fish spots with no luck. As the kids got bored Tyler redirected us to a trout spot and the kids were back to catching fish. We had a great time and will look to use him again in the future.
