A retired State Environmental ConservationPolice Officer, Captain Harold retired in 2016. after over 33 years of service as a police officer for the State of Connecticut. Captain Harold has always had a passion for fishing, but even more enjoyable for him, was to take friends and family out on his boat. With over 40 years of fishing experience, Captain Harold obtained his US Coast Guard Merchant Marine license (Captains License) in 2012, and has since been sharing his love of the water and fishing with other adults and especially children of all ages.
Definition of Irie (I-ree) is the ultimate positive powerful pleasing quality, meaning excellent, fantastic and all-around great vibes.
No worries aboard the 23’ center console while fishing the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico on Florida’s panhandle. This sportsman center console is powered by a 200HP Yamaha engine and is capable of reaching speeds in excess of 40mph. The boat is equipped with all US Coast Guard certified safety equipment and life jackets for adults and children for up to 6 passengers. In addition, she’s equipped with a wireless trolling motor/anchor, GPS, fishfinder, a VHF radio, 2 live wells, and a Yeti cooler filled with ice for your convenience. 1-4 guests can fish comfortably, however it will allow up to 6 people to fish if you have a larger group.
Cold drinks and water provided along with live and cut bait, fishing rods, and all tackle. Captain Harold will fillet and bag your catch for you at the end of your trip. Bring your favorite snacks or lunch and you are all set for your chosen adventure.

3 Hour Trip – Dolphin/Fishing on October 2, 2024
Capt Harold was fantastic with our group. Our trip was post-Helene by about 3 weeks so he warned us that the fishing might not be great. The day turned out a little choppier than predicted but he found us fish. Lots of fish. We caught our limit of red snapper but being a weekday, couldn't keep them but we also caught lots of others. Harold kept all 4 of us baited, fishing, and on fish all day. On the way in he took us by a local spot and introduced us to Half Tail or Scar, a bottle nosed dolphin missing half his tail, who comes up to the boat and lets us feed him. All in all, a great day with Capt Harold and next time we're back, we'll do it again. Thanks Capt!

Captain Harold was amazing!!! Extremely knowledgeable, entertaining and informative! Would not book with anyone else! Will book again next year! Value far exceeds the price! Caught some great fish…big amberjacks, red snapper, lane snapper, bonito and grouper!

4 Hour Trip –Inshore/Nearshore (AM) on September 18, 2024
My family and I had a great time fishing with Harold. We brought home a few fish for the grill, and caught many more that were just under the length limit. We moved around from spot to spot whenever the fish on the sonar just wouldn’t bite. Harold was a great captain and a great host. You can tell that he really enjoys chartering and seeing his clients catch fish. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to take an inshore fishing trip with their family. If I get the chance to fish on my next vacation to Florida, Harold will be the first person I call.

Caught our limit in Snapper!
3 Hour Trip – Fishing/Cruise (AM) on June 11, 2024
Captain Harold was awesome and managed to get us in on a last minute charter after another group had canceled. We managed to catch a triggerfish, and our limit in red snapper within 45 minutes after getting out to the fishing spot! We might’ve had to fight a dolphin Fr them, but they didn’t manage to steal any. On the way back he even stopped for us as we passed back into the bay because the Blue Angels were practicing right above the boat! All in all one of the best charters we could’ve asked for.
