Step aboard a fully custom 25’ Sea Hunt powered by a **hidden content** HP Suzuki engine. This craft comes fully equipped with advanced fishing technology including Fishfinder, a live bait well, and a wireless trolling motor. Up to 6 passengers can fish aboard this boat. We also have an incredible custom made Second Station/Tower that gives us a huge advantage on some day's and allows us to see/find fish that others can't..
While aboard with Capt. Joseph you can fish The Gulf, inshore, nearshore, or offshore within just 9 miles of land. You will have the opportunity to try a variety of techniques, whether sight casting on the flats, bottom fishing for big Snappers, trolling for pelagic species, or just letting the kids simply catch fish and have fun.
Join him inshore and target Redfish, Flounder, and Speckled Trout. Capt. Joseph will also take you slightly further out where you can chase Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, and even Sailfish when conditions are right! On the other hand, heading offshore gives you the chance to fish wrecks and reefs for species such as Snapper, Grouper, Amberjack, and Cobia when in season.
If you and your family are simply looking for a chance to test the waters, you can also join Capt. Joseph for several hours of catch and release fishing. These brief trips are a great introduction to fishing and full of photo opportunities!

We had an awesome time fishing with Captain Joseph! He was great from start to finish and worked hard to put us on the fish. The highlight of the day was my son catching an absolute monster red snapper—easily more than twice the size, if not bigger, than everyone else’s fish. We’re pretty sure he’ll be reminding us of that for the rest of our lives! Captain Joseph made the whole experience absolutely fantastic!

We had a full moon, muddy water, and slick calm conditions. We still ended up with a limit of red snappers and several vermillion to go with it. He ran to a bunch of different spots to try to put us on fish. I can’t imagine how good it would in favorable conditions with a good Captain like Joseph. would highly recommend using him if you are in the area.

Captain Joseph sliced his finger wide open at very beginning of our trip with a new knife he just got. Instead of canceling the trip he pushed through the pain and kept our trip fun and very successful. He was determined for us to catch all that we could. He was extremely knowledgeable of fishing and took us to all the right spots to fish. He said he had to get stitches on his finger after our trip ended. Dude’s amazing!

We had a great day offshore fishing with Captain Joseph! We caught a variety of snapper, an Amberjack, and a bonus Cobia at the end of the day. Captain Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the day. If we are ever in the Pensacola area again, we will definitely book a trip with Captain Joseph.
