Captain Chad Banks is a licensed master 200-ton captain with years of experience and thousands of fishing trips offshore of Port Aransas under his belt. His local knowledge and dedication to service will ensure you have a wonderful day out in the big blue and will keep you coming back for more.
The boat you'll be fishing from is a 36' long and 12 ft wide Twin Vee catamaran that accommodates up to 6 guests. This catamaran is powered by twin 300 HP Yamaha engines and reaches the speed of 45 knots. There is a private toilet on the boat, as well as a live bait tank, a cooler, and modern navigational electronics.
Choose the trip between 6 and 12 hours long. It all depends on how much effort you want to put in and what species you're after. Some of your targets will be Red Snapper, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Amberjack, Kingfish, Marlin, Swordfish, and many more.
All fishing equipment is included in the price, so you only need to purchase your fishing license and pack some snacks and drinks for the day. The crew prides itself on offering a great experience at competitive prices.

Loved all the bean bag chairs to lounge in while we headed 30-40 miles off shore. Lots of poles to use - so if one needed to have new hooks put on - we could just grab another pool and be back on the fishing. The little kid pole was a blast. Caught one of the bigger fish on it! Great day on the water. Perfect weather.

We caught and kept 170 pounds of fish and released over 50 pounds more including another shark. We caught Cobia, Barracuda, Red Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Black Tipped Shark and a Jack Cravelle. Would definitely recommend this guide service to anyone who wants to have a great time fishing in the Gulf!

They know the spots where fish are and we limited out on snapper in about 1.5 hours of fishing. They were ready for us to catch some different fish but we chose to come in early because of some seasick anglers. Can’t imagjne how many we would’ve caught if we stayed out and can’t reccomend them enough!

We caught a king fish and Wahoo as well. That was great, but it was amazing when they help us with the Sand Bar Shark we caught. Struggle was the best experience they let us achieve and fighting it over 45 minutes was priceless.!!!!!!! Definitely booking again with them

Captain was very informative and answered all our questions. This was great for being a family outing. I highly recommend these guys if you are looking to catch some fish and have a great time in the process.

My wife and I took 4 kids and we went out for 8 hours, the kids had such a great time and were begging for the next trip. Captain Nelson and Derek were awesome and very patient with us, they were exceedingly gracious and tried to get us on every fish we could, even let our youngest use his personal small Ugly Stick. It was an amazing trip, we will be going again!!
