Your journey will start on a restored 26’ Hysucat offshore sport fishing boat. It’s powered by two 175 HP Suzuki engines and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Its full-featured navigation technology is comprised of GPS, a fishfinder, radio, as well as radar and it will help you locate the fish fast. The boat features a toilet, and there will also be an ice-box at your disposal to store your fish and drinks.
There’s a lot of prized species you’ll have the chance to catch and some of them include Snook, Skipjack Tuna, Blue Marlin, Kob, and Geelbek. Using both heavy and light tackle, you’ll be targeting them by bottom fishing, deep sea fishing, trolling, spinning, jigging, and popping. Depending on the size and quantity, you’ll be able to keep your catch. Kids are also welcome to join your trip.
There’s absolutely nothing for you to worry about regarding the things you’ll need for your trip. The fishing equipment, bait, food and drinks, fishing licenses – you’re covered for everything. Also, the crew will clean and fillet your catch free of charge.

This was an amazing fishing Trip! Lee-Ann and Jan were awesome at helping me organize, plan, and make this trip happen. We were a small group of 3, and Lee-ann was able to pair us with another group of 2 so we could all have an affordable fishing trip. Without her help, it would not have happened. Our captain for the day (Manny) and his first mate (Essau) were professional, educational, helpful, and fun! We caught tons of fish, and the action was good all day (my son kept count and said he caught over 20 fish; he was not able to keep them all, but was very busy and happy catching fish). We caught four different species of fish, and a guy on the dock helped us clean them. I took home as much as I wanted to cook up, and my wife said the fish was the best meal we had on our trip to South Africa. Thank you, Blade Charters, for an incredibly positive experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hermanus Fishing Blade Charters What an incredible experience from start to finish. We saw dolphins swimming extremely close to the boat, which was absolutely amazing and something I'll never forget. The crew was top-class - friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They sorted out all the tackle for us, so we could just relax and enjoy the fishing. We caught plenty of fish and even had a braai at sea with boerewors, which made the whole experience even more special. Perfect mix of adventure, great company, and unforgettable moments on the ocean. I would 100% recommend Hermanus Fishing Blade Charters and will definitely be back again. 🎣🐬🔥

How cancellations work
Free cancellation up to 3 days prior to trip
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

Transfer to/from departure site is not included in trip rates.

Book with 10% deposit, pay rest to captain
When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 10% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
