She is powered by twin 800 HP Caterpillar diesels and she easily cruises at 30 knots. Blue Chip is complemented by state-of-the-art navigation and electronics, tournament grade Shimano tackle, a large 130 class fighting chair, and a giant cockpit with mezzanine seating. The salon has 2 huge sofas, a sink, a refrigerator, a microwave, and is comfortably cooled by dual a/c units. Blue Chip can accommodate 6 guests plus the crew.

With the help of his older brother, Blue Chip's owner/captain Jon Bunn caught his first Yellowfin Tuna at 4 years old. He has been 'hooked' since then. Captain Jon has fished recreationally, commercially, for private owners, and for charter.
