Your fishing vessel for the day will be a 26' Glacier Bay catamaran. Powered by two 150 HP Yamaha outboards, the catamaran has a max cruising speed of 45 knots, so you can rest assured you won't be wasting any time getting to your fishing spot. Fully equipped with navigation, communication, and fish-finding electronics, along with all required safety equipment, the vessel has every feature you'll need for a safe and bountiful day of fishing.
Aqua Excursions specializes in a variety of styles of saltwater fishing and welcomes anglers of all skill levels. From the beginner to the pro angler, your Captain is committed to adapting to every client's needs and goals. He uses only the best tackle, gear, and equipment, and cuts no corners to ensure you get your money's worth.
Thanks to the diversity of fish that Hilton Head Island has to offer, you'll have an opportunity to land numerous species. Fish the backwaters for big reds, sea trout, black drum, sheepshead, and flounder, or ease into the nearshore waters and test your skill with the Spanish Mackerel, the seasonal cobia or tarpon, and numerous shark species.
Along with your fishing tackle, also included with each of these trips is your fishing license, plenty of bait, and bottled waters. All you'll need to bring along is any food you desire, some sunscreen and your sunglasses, and you'll be ready for an experience you'll never forget!

Denise and I had a fantastic 2 hour fishing trip with Captain Kurt. As a fellow veteran, Kurt and I exchanged some military stories as he rode us out to one of his favorite locations. After hearing about all that he's been through, this man is a true testament to the fortitude of the human body and the will of the human mind to heal and persevere through even the worst things that life can throw at you. Kurt has an uplifting personality and just a super demeanor. I personally wasn't feeling my best just before it was time to start our fishing charter. However, we were celebrating Denise's 50th birthday and she loves to fish, so I sucked it up and got on the boat. Kurt put us on to fish within minutes of anchoring the boat. Denise wanted to catch a red fish and a black drum. Captain Kurt exceeded our expectations, we caught multiple local species including red fish, black drum, pinfish, croaker, whiting and sting rays. By the end of our trip, I was feeling good again. Denise was ecstatic that she got to catch both of the fish she set out to get. It was truly a great outing. Captain Kurt was not just a charter guide. He is truly a consummate professional and an all around great human being. We made a new friend in Hilton Head and it was like going fishing with my brother. We both can't recommend Captain Kurt enough and we are both looking forward to our next trip out on the water with him!

Captain Jackson not only went over and above on make us feel educated, but entertained the whole time! kept baits moving, knowledge of the area unsupassed. Kept everyone involved the whole trip. I would recommend him over and over again! cant wait to get back and fish with him again!
