Here in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, there are many types of fish in these beautiful blue waters. Captain Vinny has been fishing the estuaries and ocean off the Outer banks for over 10 years. Vinny has a deep love for being on the water and for everything that swims in it.
When you step onboard the 23’ custom Parker, you will be impressed by the beauty of this vessel. A 200 HP Yamaha motor with a jack plate that allows you to go anywhere you desire and the rhodan trolling motor will lock you on any school of fish you wish to catch. The custom tower allows Captain Vinny to have a birds-eye view of the water and every fish that swims below.
Depending on the season, you can expect to catch Redfish, Cobia, Albacore, Trout, Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish, Black Seabass, Triggerfish, Sheepshead, Stripers, and Amberjack, just to name a few. Captain Vinny is aware of what fish are hitting and will take you directly to them.
As a father of 3, Captain Vinny has more than enough experience to teach your tiny anglers all they need to know about fishing. All fishing licenses tackle and gear are provided. You are encouraged to bring your own snacks, drinks, and sunscreen.

7am 4 hour Ocean Adventure
Unforgettable Trip!
I took my dad out on his first ever fishing charter and it was an unforgettable one for him! We booked a 4hr fishing charter and Captain Vinny took us out on the ocean to look for some red drum. He tried some trolling while we looked for the drum but the overcast skies that day limited our visibility to see them. He decided to try some different techniques to try and land something into the boat but the fish were just not biting. We were nearing the end of the trip when one of the lines started screaming. My dad grabbed hold of the rod and Captain Vinny helped walk him through everything he needed to land the biggest fish my dad’s ever caught! He was able to land a 45 inch red drum which is considered a trophy fish in NC. Unfortunately my luck wasn’t as good that day but getting to see my dad catch his biggest fish ever let alone a trophy one was something both he and I will never forget. Captain Vinny did everything to ensure our trip was successful and that we caught something on our trip. He went above and beyond and we can’t say enough good things about our experience. If you want a captain who wants nothing more than for you to catch fish, then Stick Em Fishing is the charter for you! You will not be disappointed!

Exactly what we were looking for!
After recently acquiring our first seaworthy boat, my son and I chartered a trip with Captain Vincent in hopes of learning tips and tricks for maximizing our fishing adventures in the NC Sound. Boy, were we not disappointed!! Captain Vincent was extremely accommodating and exceeded our expectations with the amount of knowledge he was able to convey to us in just one outing. Techniques covered include baitfishing, sightfishing and using popping-corks for drum, deepwater jigging, pylon fishing for sheepshead and trolling (as well as general advice on things such as rig setups, anchoring techniques, sonar readings, etc.). I honestly cannot imagine how much time, money and general frustration we avoided by learning these skills from a seasoned fisherman versus trying to do it on our own. As an added bonus, we even caught fish while doing it!! Simply put, our trip with Vincent was absolutely amazing and I'd highly recommend him for your next outing!

Best OBX charter
We have been on other charters, but this was by far the best experience we have ever had fishing on the Outer Banks. Captain Vinny was very knowledgeable about our target species of fish and they were biting as soon as we stopped. Despite the weather not cooperating, the captain was very personable and delivered on an amazing experience. We will definitely be calling him to schedule our next trip. I will never book with a different charter company again.

Fish on!
Capt Vinny is great. He askd what we would like to accomplish for the day and he delivered. I said we would like to put fish in the box, so we targeted speckled trout and red drum. We got 4 trout right away then moved to drum. We got our 3 in the slot and a few over. My 7yo son had a blast. He even caught a keeper drum on a spoon all by himself! Capt Vinny was patient and helpful with my son, said he has 3 daughters of his own. We are a family that loves good fishing and enjoy a great fish dinner. We got both. Capt vinny said it best, “ u can buy legal sized fish in the grocery, but they don’t sell the memories of him catching the over-sized ones”. Thanks again Vinny, tight lines🤙🏼

Great morning to catch a mess of fish
My three boys and I thoroughly enjoyed our time fishing with Captain Vinny. It was a windy day… bringing some difficulty to our fishing trip. Regardless, Captain Vinny put us on the fish. We quickly caught a dozen sheepshead. Then we had some great success throwing lures into frenzied bluefish (kept another dozen). Then we finished the day catching a very large red drum.
