Hello and thank you for your interest in Logos and fishing in Atlantic City.
Captain Bob takes one or two passengers for a personal fishing experience. All gear, tackle, licenses, and bait are included, along with bottled water and snacks. Anglers of all ages and experience levels are welcome. Fishing with Captain Bob is like fishing with a friend.
The boat is a 2003, 20-foot Aquasport Osprey powered by a 115hp Yamaha 4-stroke motor. It cruises at 27 mph and reaches prime fishing spots in minutes. The boat is equipped with a trolling motor, state-of-the-art electronics to better locate fish, and a marine VHF radio for safety. It is docked at The Golden Nugget/Frank S. Farley State Marina.
Depending on the time of year, Captain Bob targets species such as Summer Flounder, Striped Bass, Weakfish, Bluefish, Triggerfish, Tautog, Sheepshead, Croaker, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Sea Robin, Cow Nosed Rays, and various types of Sharks. Most trips take place on the bay, so seasickness is typically not a concern.
Fishing is usually done with light and medium tackle provided on board, but fly fishermen and other anglers are welcome to bring their own equipment.
Guests planning to take fish home are advised to bring a cooler with ice. Captain Bob is happy to clean and bag the catch.
Passengers should dress appropriately for the weather and bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat for shade, and bug spray. Shoes that won't leave marks on the boat are recommended—most sneakers are fine. Adult beverages (in moderation), cigars, and cigarettes are permitted.
Captain Bob frequently updates his fishing reports, which guests are encouraged to review.
Please note that Fishing Booker's departure times are approximate, as Captain Bob fishes the tides, which shift by about an hour each day. When a trip is booked, Captain Bob will recommend the best fishing times, but guests may choose to fish in the morning or afternoon as they prefer.

First, the boat was great. Equipment was in great condition and well maintained. Captain Bob had several different types of tackle and bait so we could easily switch depending on what was biting. Bob was amazing with my son. Very patient and easy going. I would absolutely recommend thins to anyone in the area looking for a charter.

My son and I had an awesome trip with Captain Bob! He adjusted our start time perfectly for the tides, and by the third spot, it was non-stop action. Hit after hit, fish after fish—we completely lost count of the flounder we caught. My son even reeled in a stingray and a 4+ foot shark! Captain Bob was incredibly chill to hang out with, super fast at unhooking fish, and kept our lines right back in the water. Fantastic energy and a great vibe all around. Highly recommend
We had an awesome time fishing with Captain Bob! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to put us on the fish. We were out on the bay and caught plenty of fish, which made for a great day on the water. He made the trip enjoyable for everyone, whether you’re experienced or it’s your first time fishing. I would definitely recommend Captain Bob to anyone looking for a fun and successful fishing charter. We’ll definitely be booking another trip!
My son and I went out with Bob for a 4-hour trip. We caught a total of 8 dusky sharks, the biggest somewhere over 6 ft!! Bob was very engaging, patient, and very knowledgeable. We had a great day and i hope we can do it againg sometime soon!!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Captain and an awesome experience! Put us right on the fish and kept the action going. Sharks, rays, flounder—we had a ball! Professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip fun. Definitely booking again! 🎣🦈

I grew up fishing with family and friends in southern New Jersey. My first real job was as a first mate on a sportfisher, and I have crewed on a handful of boats professionally and for fun. I have fished waters around Atlantic City for 50 years and have held a captain's license for over 20 of those years. I book one trip per day to be able to offer my clients the best possible time and tides for their trip. I'll always suggest the best time to fish so pay no attention to the default 7AM time listed. The tides change by almost an hour every day.
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.
