My husband and I went on a six hour tour. Maryann, the captain was very knowledgeable about the waters and really tried diligently to find fish for us to catch. Maryann was very personal and courteous. Jayson the mate was outstanding. He was ready and willing to assist. Jayson, was very knowledgeable and courteous. We caught two large barracudas, tuna, yellowtail reds, and a spade fish. Even though some had to be returned to the water, the day of fishing was a success because of the amazing captain and mate being very patient and persistent.

We had an absolute A+ experience with Boa Vida Charters yesterday — honestly, the best fishing charter we’ve ever done! Our goal was simple: catch some Mahi. We ended up with an incredible day, pulling in about 15 fish total, including 6 beautiful Mahi, a Barracuda, a Bonita, and several others. The action was nonstop and so much fun. Captain Mary Ann and First Mate Shaun were outstanding. They’re both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely fun to be around. They worked seamlessly together and made sure we had the best possible experience from start to finish. What really stood out was the personal touch. At the end of the day, Shaun filleted our Mahi for us and even recommended a fantastic local raw bar that specializes in catch-and-cook. We took our fresh fish straight there and had one of the best meals of our trip! If you’re thinking about booking a charter, hands down choose Boa Vida. let me start off by saying how awesome this crew was jason and shaun are absolutely outstanding and will do their best to get you on a fish caught alot of fish today limit of mahi , a tuna , load of yellowtail snapper a mutton, few cudas and couldnt ask for a better crew all the way around ill be back for sure and ill be booking with boa vida 100000% if youre questioning it go with them you wont regret it !!

Maryann and Sean were absolutely awesome in every aspect. We had another trip cancelled with a different captain the prior day and fortunately there was an opening for a 6 hour trip the next day with Boa Vida. The boat was really nice and you could tell they took pride in taking care of it and the all the fishing gear. We started off targeting some yellowtails to get some dinner first and pretty quickly for about 10 keepers along with a few others. We then set out to troll in deeper waters in hopes of catching some bigger fish. Both my son and daughter , 10 and 13, caught blackfin tuna and they were really excited about that. It definitely took some patience, but Maryann and Sean did everything they could to make sure both kids got something they could feel good about. They were great with the kids and super friendly to chat with. I would book with them in a heartbeat next time we're in town and would recommend to anyone else looking for a fun time fishing in Key West

We had a fantastic day on the water with Captain Maryann and first mate Ryan. Both were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about fishing. We were hoping to catch some mahi and knew it could be a tough time of year, but they worked hard and delivered. We ended the day with three mahi and a skipjack. Captain MaryAnn and Ryan also gave excellent recommendations for catch-and-cook spots and other restaurants to visit before leaving the Keys, and every single recommendation was spot-on. We highly recommend booking with Boa Vida. They truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to make the experience memorable. An amazing charter from start to finish!

What a great fishing trip we had. We did a half day trip with 6 family members, and we had a blast. The only thing that could have been better was if we had done a full day. We had a 9 and 12 year old that had the time of their life! Us adults were catching fish too but the attention the boys got from Caption Mary Ann and First Mate Sean was fantastic! We made some wonderful memories. The boat was clean and perfectly maintained. They are pros at what they do. If you don’t hook up with this charter you will really be missing out on a fantastic experience.

This was a great trip. we caught 6 Dolphin (mahi mahi), 12 yellow tail snapper, 1 mackeral, 1 Baracuda, 1 Black fin tuna. wonderful day and a wonderful crew. Captain Marianne and first mate Eric were so knowledgeable and hardworking to insure our day was great. They exceeded our expectations. wish i could give more than 5 stars.

My son and i had spent the previous thirty days traveling up and down the east coast with many a disappointments and this trip turned it all around. We were put on fish and had half of our limit on Mahi before noon. DJ, the first mate, did a fantastic job keeping the lines attended too and afterwards left nary a bone in any of the zip lock bags’ worth of filleted fish. Thanks, FS ‘26

We had a great day with MaryAnn and DJ! The water was calm and clear which made fishing tough. They worked hard and found us a spot to catch some yellowtail snapper. They filleted it for us and we took it to a restaurant who cooked it for us. It was a great experience!
