Based out of Puerto Jiménez, PEZ KOI is your ticket to a memorable time on the water.
Capt. José will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. He specializes in bottom fishing, trolling, jigging, popping, and spinning, all to get you on that bite. This involves 6 to 8-hour trips, mainly fishing for Dolphin, Roosterfish, Tuna, Amberjack, Grouper, and Jack, depending on the season and conditions on the day.
The price of your trip includes all the rods, reels, and terminal tackle you'll need for a productive day on the water. Don't forget to buy a fishing license before the trip!
The catch you keep will be shared with the crew following the trip. Please get in touch with the captain if you have any questions.
The price of your trip also includes complimentary snacks, drinks, but you're welcome to bring your own. Please let the captain know if you have any questions or special requests.
Children are welcome aboard so you're good to get the young ones started early.

we had a great time with captain Jose. great snacks, drinks, and communication. he even jumped in to help us fight a 100 lb tuna!

Our trip with Jose was fantastic! The fishing was awesome and everything was really easy. we definitely would hire him again!
We did a full day trip offshore, and through the persistence of captain Jose and crew, both my brother and I boated very nice pacific sailfish. The captain extended our 8 hour trip to 10 hours to get the job done. Thank-you Jose!
