On your day out with Just B Cause, you will be able to see a great variety of fish species at the end of your line. Think about Sailfish, Amberjack, Wahoo, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Snapper, and Grouper, as well as Shark. A lot of fish and a lot of excitement are guaranteed!

Explore the deep water and feel the adrenaline flowing! You will be fishing the hottest spots in the area no matter which trip you choose. You will return to shore with not only just your catch of the day but an ice-chest full of memories.

Just hop onboard the ‘Just B Cause,’ a 47’ Resmondo saltwater fishing boat. She was designed and built in Orange Beach specifically for the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Plus, she is permitted to fish in federal waters.

The Just B Cause comes powered by twin 350 HP Volvo engines for a smooth ride. She is fully outfitted with top-notch navigational electronics and many other professional accessories. The Just B Cause features a wheelhouse and a tower to spot any action going on beneath the surface. Head inside, and you will find all the comfort of home, including a bathroom and 4 bunks. All aboard!

    This is our shortest and least expensive trip offered only when Mackerel and Little Tunny are in the area. You can also go for a cruise in the pass, bay or gulf. Burial at sea is also an option on this cruise. Bottom fishing is only an option if no pelagic fish in the area, and only close fishing for smaller species like White Snapper and Vermilion Snapper.

Captain Ken always loved fishing. He was born in South Florida and grew up on the water. When Ken was a teenager, he would often go out to sea at night on a boat that he built from scrap. He would go alone and fish without having to worry about anything. During his career as a tool dealer and a mechanic, he bought and reconditioned a great number of boats. And finally, in 1999 he decided to make a living at it. His first boat was the ‘Hooker Up’ 29’ Aquasport. Two years later, Ken joined a large fleet on Destin and worked part-time as a mate and mechanic, which eventually turned him into a full-time captain for the fleet. In 2005, Ken founded Just B Cause Charters, which has proven to be a great success. Captain Ken has run over 2500 fishing charters. The numbers speak for themselves!
