This was our first family fishing trip together, and it was an absolute blast! We have four kids under 11, and they all had an incredible time. I highly recommend this boat and crew to anyone planning a fishing trip. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the fishing spots and took great care of the kids, making the experience even more enjoyable. To add to the fun, we took our freshly caught fish across the parking lot and the restaurant prepared a delicious family platter for us. It was absolutely delicious!

The communication was excellent and I received a call to discuss the weather since I would have my 6 yr old with us. We decided to move forward with the trip and fish and very happy we did. Austin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and even took the time to slow things down so my young one could enjoy the trip. They put us on fish immediately and had the fortune of landing a 40 lb king at our last stop. We have booked numerous charters out of Destin over the past 7 years and Just Because has been the best by far. I will definitely fish with them again and strongly recommend them to any one looking for a charter.

A few days ago my close family and I went on the Fishing Just B Cause fishing charter. This was easily the best fishing charter I have ever been on. To start off, the boat was EXTREMELY nice. With an indoor couch, beds, table, and storage (as well as amazing AC) the inside of the boat was perfect for taking a break, and relaxing on the way to and from the spots. As for the outside of the boat, they had a very big area where we fished from. With PLENTY of rods to use my family and I were kept busy with fishing for the entirety of our trip. There was plenty of areas for the coolers we brought along to sit without getting in the way. The boat had a massive outside area that was more than enough room for my family to fish. Second, the mates were the best I have ever seen. They were talking to us the entire time ensuring we were comfortable, safe, and happy! Also, they were teaching us all about fishing and how we could improve to catch more fish. They were always keeping poles in the water so when two rods get tangled together, you can switch to other rods that were already in the water while they untangle/fix the rods. They were making the most out of the time we had to ensure that we were fishing non stop. Along with me on the trip, I had 4 kids, the mates ensured that they were entertained and engaged the entire time, they were extremely helpful and nice to the kids to be sure they had a great time. The mates also were very talented with knowing how, where, and when to fish. They would tell us exactly when to drop our baits down and tell us when to reel up and wait for a bite. Every drop down, I either got a bite or a fish and it was like that for everyone. They knew exactly what they were doing and they were very talented. They were very talkative to keep the boat energy up and be sure everyone was having a good time. As for the fishing itself, it was amazing, we caught some amazing, big, and beautiful fish. The mates knew exactly what fish we were catching and kept us learning about them and showing us cool parts of the fish. Over all the mates were perfect and couldn’t have been any better. As for the captain, he is the best one I have ever been on board with. When we got the marina, he gave us a quick rundown of the trip and introduced himself. For the ENTIRE trip, the captain kept us right on top of fish, being sure we didn’t waste a second! Also, on the way there and back we trolled two rods to better our chances of more and bigger fish. The captain also was perfect with his ways of driving the boat. Other charters I have been on, the captain will sometimes put you sideways towards the waves, making an uncomfortable and dangerous position on the water, the captain of Fishing Just B Cause was always sure to keep us pointed to the waves to make a better fishing and comfortable experience. Over all, this was by far the best fishing charter I have EVER been on, and I plan to use them again. Thank you so much to the captain and mates, the mates were extremely knowledgeable on fishing. Captain Ken and his firstmate, Spencer, were great putting us on fish the whole time we were out. Caught many Trigger fish, along with Snappers, Grouper, and Amberjack. great time had by all. Would definitily use again.

I had a group of 13 high school senior boys that wanted to go deep sea fishing. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate so we were limited to trolling close to shore. The captain and crew put the boys in locations to capitalize on Spanish Mackerel. They had a blast and thanks to the crew for filleting them as we all enjoyed them for dinner that evening.
