Born And Raised Charters welcomes you for a fun-filled day of tight lines at the 10,000 Islands. Captain Tyler Gresham will meet you in Goodland, Florida and provide everything you need for the day. Climb aboard his beautiful boat perfectly laid out to tear up some fish!

Your boat for the day is a 24’ Shearwater center console that can accommodate up to 5 anglers. It runs on a 300 HP Yamaha V6 engine, uses modern GPS and VHF radio technology for efficient movement, and is equipped with a livewell. The boat has got a flybridge, a wireless trolling motor so you can fish more quietly, and an ice-box for storing fish.

You and the captain will be using light and heavy tackle to attract Goliath Grouper, Jack Crevalle, Tarpon, Snook, Permit, Pompano, and other interesting species. It’s up to you whether you’ll take home the fish you catch or release it back into the water. Kids are also welcome to join your trip, so bring the whole family and spend a wonderful day together in nature.

Captain Tyler will take care of all the fishing rods, reels, tackle, live bait, lures, drinks, licenses, and will even clean and bag your catch so it’s ready for cooking as soon as you get back home. Just bring some snacks and you’ll be set to go.

Amazing day with Capt. Tyler

Highly recommend booking a day with Tyler. He had us on fish all day, hit multiple spots and caught a bunch of different fish. On our 3rd spot, he let me get my bass fishing addiction play out by ripping jigs for mackerel and sea trout, kids were getting into them nearly every cast. We had a couple of kids, 5 & 8, on the boat, Capt was patient and helpful with them, very much appreciated and made the trip memorable for the four of us. Will definitely be coming back to S. FL with Born and Raised!!

Perfect day of fishing

Captain Tyler was amazing. We did a 6 hour nearshore trip and it didn’t disappoint. Captain Tyler had us on the fish every time we stoped at a spot. We caught over 50 fish during our trip. We even landed a Goliath grouper. He was very knowledgeable about the fish and very patient with my youngest son. We couldn’t have had a better captain for our trip. I highly recommend Captain Tyler and will certainly book with him again next time we are in town. Thanks again Captain!

Great fishing trip!

3 Hour Sunset Charter on March 23, 2025 • 2 adults • 2 children

We booked the trip while in Marco Island on spring break. We chose this guide for the 5 star rating and, received a 5 star experience. Tyler is honest, laid back and was great with the kids. He called prior to trip to let us know fishing wouldn’t be great due to the weather and asked if we wanted to reschedule. Due to our limited time here, we kept the tour and adjusted a bit to include a “scenic” boat ride with a shelling stop. At the end, we did catch about 10 fish including a pompano and baby black tip shark! Overall, a great 3 hr experience.

Rough day but still fun

Great positive energy— and top notch guide. Tyler made a tough day of fishing (based on weather and tides) a fun and productive day. He moved to the right spots at the right times. And he is a great human. If he was open tomorrow we would book another trip. So much fun. My husband got a slam. He put us in the right place at the right time.
