On the day of your trip, you're likely to use light tackle.
If you're traveling with the family, you'll be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Feel free to bring your own snacks to keep 'em happy!
Your excursion begins aboard a 23' Panga with room for 4 passengers. It comes with and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.
You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Have in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
A few items to bring include sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

3 Hour Trip (AM) on April 5, 2025
We were in Florida on vacation and I know my boyfriend has been dying to go fishing. Set up a trip for him and two of our guy friends to go. Stephen has great communication, let me know ahead of time that since it has been windy the last few days, there might not be much action with the fish. The fellas decided to go anyway and they had a great time. Said captain Stephen was great, caught some fish and generally just enjoyed it. They would do this again if we are back in the area. Thanks captain Stephen for showing Zach, Ben & Brent a good time!

Captain Steve was great! We had zero fishing experience and he was so patient with my 14 yr old twins (one boy and one girl!). We caught so many different kinds of fish and two HUGE grouper. We put them back as we learned they are protected! (We put all the fish back btw). Captain Steve was so knowledgeable and made our fishing experience one that I know my kids will remember for a long time!! I recommend him highly!

Captain did a great job moving us around to figure out where fish were. We were a group of 4 and the captain was extremely quick on helping us with bait and having equipment re rigged after any snags. We took him a nice variety of catch. Would use him again and recommend him to others. Thanks for the great day!

You won't go wrong. Nice young local man who has fished these waters since he was a boy. Mid march trip, water still in the 60s. Captain Steve found lots of fish, limited out pompano, nice sized sea trout. Loads of other species. Use him.
