Just The Tip Charters is located in Marathon, Florida and offers to show you a memorable time in these waters.

Captains Wesley and Clay will do their best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. This involves 4 to 8-hour trips, mainly fishing for Dolphin, Cobia, Tarpon, King Mackerel, Barracuda, Amberjack, and Grouper, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, big game fishing, jigging, popping, spearfishing, and spinning.

Your fishing adventure starts on a 34' SeaVee boat that can safely take up to 6 anglers. This boat comes with a toilet and an ice-box.

All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. The crew will clean and fillet your catch for you to take home at the end of the trip. The boat will be supplied with drinks for your pleasure, be sure to let the captain know if you have any questions or want to bring your own.

I was looking for a trip that gave a little bit of everything for my family’s fishing experience. We got it all. We started on the reef, then moved to drifting over a few wrecks, then ended they day hooking into a sailfish. we pulled in a good haul - tunas, snapper, mahi, etc… We caught some big fish and had a great time. The boat was great. Clay (capt) & Sean (1st Mate) made the trip fantastic!! The 6hr trip was the right choice. it gave us a chace to fish multiple types of spots. we would definitely recommend this team.

Great day on the water!!

Captain Clay and Sean are so good. We had some challenging conditions with some heavy wind. They worked their tails off and did a phenomenal job. We caught lots of BIG black fin tuna and my son caught a sailfish on his 14th birthday!! Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Captin Drake and First mate Jayden were awesome. The wind was blowing pretty good but they were still able put us on some Tuna and Mahi just like we had asked for. My wife at one point was getting nervous because of the larger waves in the Tuna fishing area so they glady switched gears and fished for Mahi on our way back to calmer waters. I would highly recommend fishing with these guys.

Captain Drake and his mate Frito made the perfect crew for a great day on the water. They were both knowledgeable and really great to fish with. We caught a variety of different species, and left with almost 30lbs of fresh filets. What an awesome crew and an awesome day catching.... We will only book with this group for our yearly trip here to Marathon!!!

We caught our limit of snapper then ran out for Mahi. The added bonus was a clean boat, friendly crew, complementary water. They were great with my young daughter, very attentive and on point with re-baiting hooks during the chaos of the snapper feeding frenzy. The Captain knew exactly where to go and when to be there. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Captain Drake and Sean. Just wish they had a hat with their company name on it for me to buy.
