The adventure starts on a 31’ Angler boat that accommodates up to 6 guests. This center console is powered by twin 2022 Suzuki engines and reaches a speed of 45 knots. You’ll be at your fishing spot in no time! The boat also features navigational electronics, a live bait tank, and a toilet.
Book the 6 HR trip for Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, and Tuna. After you’ve had your dose of the adrenalin, you’ll drift fish for Amberjack and King Mackerel on the lucrative reefs and wrecks. Book the reef trip so you do not miss out on the superb bottom fishing available in these areas. With so many Snappers and Grouper to catch, your coolers will be overflowing!
Capt. Ben will clean your catch free of charge, so you can throw it on the grill as soon as you leave the marina. The team works hard to ensure that you have a pleasant time, and a 20% tip is usual if you are satisfied with the service.

Grandson’s Fishing Trip was AMAZING

It was challenging picking a fishing charter - so many, but Infinite Blue had great reviews and Veteran owned and they exceeded ALL expectations! We did both a “sunset cruise” and saw the “green flash” and then did a 6-hour fishing trip. Water was a little rough but Capt. Robert did an amazing job with skill, calming confidence and good humor! My grandson had the time of his life catching Yellow Snapper and Mahi Mahi. I appreciated first mate “Joey” who was part of a veteran internship program and love that Infinite Blue supports other Veterans! It was as if Capt. Robert had eyes in the back of his head- he NEVER missed a beat, we all felt SAFE, well taken care, educated about FL flora and fauna/ conservation and so excited to catch fish! Capt. Robert and Kay made great suggestions for local restaurants and a fish packing company- all “spot on”! I highly recommend Infinite Blue and would book again !

Family Fishing Trip Huge Success
6 Hour Trip - Reef/Troll/Drift on February 3, 2026 • 3 adults
We booked Infinite Blue because of the unique 6 hour charter they offer. It was the best fishing. We fished for dinner first, followed by a more tropy opportunity, followed by more excitement with Barricuda. We caught plenty of fish with Captain Dylan and despite the colder than normal temperatures had a great time. We loved it so much, we booked a second excursion and had even greater time as the weather was a bit warmer. Thank you Captain Dylan and Captain Robert for planning a great trip.

Hot day on the water but worth it.
8 Hour Trip - Reef/Troll/Drift on June 15, 2026 • 3 adults • 2 children
Captain DD was great, the day was hot snapper bite started off great well for the rest of the family I just donated food to them.lol next on to mahi that started slow but got fun quick. At the end of the day 8 mahi 12 snappers had to throw some back lost 2 at the boat and 2 in the rocks. Captain DD is great with kids and very professional. We would absolutely book with him again.

This was our first fishing excursion and we very much enjoyed it. I didn’t catch any unfortunately i got seasick but Jesus & Matt caught a Parrot Fish, a Remoras fish and alot of Yellow Tail Snappers. Our Captain and his Firstmate were amazing! He was very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Thank you very much Dillon for everything very much appreciated. Our next trip we are asking for you to be our captain.

Thus was the perfect trip. I charter 10/12 trips a year and this was one of the best. Greated with a smile and great conversation the entire time with steady catching of yellow tail and an occasional big fish hooked up for an awesome fight. Captain Dillon was always right there ready to unhook a fish and rebait. limited out 3 hours in to 4 hour trip. Two huge thumbs up.
