Te'vaughn Adventures Charter 

Captain Ted made our private fishing charter an unforgettable experience. None of us had much fishing experience, but he was incredibly patient, kind, and such a great teacher. He helped every single one of us catch fish and made sure we were having fun the entire time. What really made the trip special was how much he shared about the island, its history, and the local area along the way. It felt like so much more than just a fishing trip. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what he does, Captain Ted is the person to book with. We will absolutely be fishing with him every time we’re back in the area!

Best deal on the island! The captain and first mate were both great. Tour starts out with the captain giving a little bit of history while driving out to the first fishing spot. We went to various locations and caught fish all over. They did everything for us. All we had to do was drop the line and catch. Its also a 4 hour trip compared to many of the othefs that are only 3 hours. This is the best deal and trip in Nassau. If we ever come back we will do this again. You wont be disappointed.

you know the old saying when life dishes out lemons, make lemonade. unfortunately, we had a bad weather day, which obviously is no one‘s fault. (and not in the forecast.) it was evident Captain Ted number one concern is safety and your enjoyment. I think several families would’ve turned around. My son loves to fish and my wife was happy to get off the cruise ship. We caught some fish and Ted was just great with our 12-year-old son. from there, we went snorkeling, which was good, but unfortunately, the great areas were too windy and rough. The highlight of our trip was swimming with a giant hawksbill turle. we finished off with a quick island Eco tour with spectacular views and a little private beach area. Ted was great. hes a true local.

Captain Ted was awesome for our fishing excursion!!! He was super friendly and we had great conversations while we were catching fish we don't have an opportunity to see in Wisconsin. The coolest looking fish was a Trigger fish, but we caught 6-8 different species. We also hooked into something the three of us taking turns couldn't get to the surface. It was an amazing feat of strength and I hate looking to fish but what a crazy example of the possibilities Capt. Ted put us on!! He was part tour guide also which was cool. He pointed out some great landmarks on the way out to fish. Overall an amazing day with a Captain that earned my trust quickly and seemed like an old friend by the end of out trip.

This was a great trip. My son had never been fishing on a boat before so it was a safe 4-hour trip to test his sea legs. Captain T and his mate Darrius were so friendly. We caught at least 10 fish each and there were many different species, which T knew all about and explained each one. He was also very knowledgeable of Bahamian culture so it was like a history lesson as well. I would definitely recommend this trip. Thank you T and Darrius for a great time! Mark and Brandon

Captain Ted had a family emergency and we were not able to reschedule for a different time, he was able to secure us another Captain to take us out for our trip. We loved Mansa Bay where there were plenty of fun activities along with swimming with the pigs! We got to catch some Triggerfish, Margaret Fish, and several other kinds of fish. It was a great day on the water!

We were able to fish on a short cruise window in Nassau. Captain Ted made it happen and we were able to catch some nice fish and fight off a lot of sharks. Captain Ted and his son Darius were great company.. This is a great family and we look forward to going back for more fishing and spending time with them. Hopefully next time we will be ablt to catch and cook.

Captain Ted was amazing! Our family did the fishing, snorkeling and beach trip. It was so fun and we will definitely be booking again when we come back to Nassau! Captain Ted was very knowledgeable about the area and we all caught fish. Don't waste your time with other trips, book this one today!

Captain dropped us in on a lot of hungry fish. Literally pulled them up as soon as we put our line in. Lots of island history on the way out and a great day overall! The kids will definitely remember this trip for a long time.

Very informative about local flavor and the rounding areas. Gave us some diner recommendations and found the recommended restaurant to be exactly as described. Would absolutely recommend the captain. Went out of his way even with the weather we had to take us to multiple different places and different bait types to make sure we cought fish. Between the two of us (father and son ) we cought multable fish in several different local verities.
