Bad Intentions Fishing Charters welcomes you aboard for a fun day of fishing and enjoying beautiful coastal Georgia. Join them to make some unforgettable memories that will make you come back time and time again. This is all inshore fishing where you will be in the bays and rivers around beautiful Savannah. The species you will have a chance to target are redfish, trout, sheepshead, black drum, flounder, Jack Crevalle (seasonal), and more! (We do not target snapper, grouper, mahi, cobia as those are open ocean species which are targeted by captains who do offshore fishing)
You'll be fishing aboard a 19' Carolina skiff, the ideal vessel to tackle Georgia's inshore waters. It can take up to 4 anglers fishing and has all the necessary electronics to help you find the fish. The boat also has a livewell to keep the bait fresh, and is fitted with a trolling motor for a quiet approach.
In the spirit of conservation, Capt Marcus has implemented his own boat limits which are more strict than those imposed by GADNR. These limits will be enforced on charters to help in preserving Georgia's fishery for years to come.
The limits are as follows:
Redfish – 3 per person
Speckled Trout – 10 per person; All Trout over 20' will be released
Sheepshead – 10 per person
Flounder – 5 per person
Black Drum – 5 per person
The captain will provide all the gear necessary for you to target the desired species. Fishing licenses are also included, as well as fish cleaning services at the end of the charter. You only need to bring your food and drinks. Beer and wine coolers are allowed in cans, with no glass and no hard liquor.
Feel free to bring your children along to enjoy the fun. Capt. Marcus offers bottom fishing trips geared towards younger children, where he hopes to provide steady action to keep them smiling and entertained. Please contact the captain for rates on these particular trips.

We've been fishing with Captain Marcus for 5 years now and this was our best trip to date. We messaged a couple of days before the trip and he said conditions would be tough but he was going to do everything he could to put us on some fish and boy did he. We put 13 in the live well to bring tossed back another 15 that were either under or over slot or species that you don't keep for dinner. We caught Redfish, Flounder, Black Drum, and more Sheepshead than you can shake a stick at. Not to mention Seabass and a few other species. I think 9 in total. My oldest son even caught a stud of a Redfish. We were on fish from the time we dropped the line until literally the last cast of the day. Anytime the bite got slow Captain Marcus took us to a new spot and we boated fish literally everywhere we stopped. Do yourself a favor and bok a trip with Captain Marcus and make some of those core memories with your kidos like we did!!!!
Always a blast to have you guys on the boat. I know no matter what the bite is like, we’re going to stick with it and have a good time. So glad we were able to put a good box together my friend!! I will see you guys next year, thanks again.
Had an absolutely great experience fishing with Captain Marcus Hannon and Bad Intentions Charter! Marcus was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard to make sure we had a great day on the water. The boat was in great shape, and the whole trip was a blast from start to finish. Captain Marcus did an amazing job got us turned onto some fish and catered to our everyneed he did an amazing job enjoyed the morning out with this young man and let me tell you the trip did not disappoint cant wait till my next trip back because i will be giving this man a call for another trip if your looking for someone curteous and laid back Marcus is definitely your man what i loved most was he got my dad turned onto catching fish and this was Dads first salt water experience that meant more than words could describe! Our fishing guide, Captain Marcus, was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group had a great experience. Two members of my party were not familiar with casting an open-face reel, and he patiently helped them by baiting their hooks and casting their lines for them. We truly appreciated the extra attention, patience, and support he provided throughout the trip. His professionalism and willingness to help made the outing enjoyable for all of us. My family and I had a great trip with Capitan Marcus. He was informative, kind and extremely helpful since we were not as experienced in this kind of fishing. He did his best to make sure we all caught something and even fished with us himself.
