Captain Peter Romano welcomes you to Milford, Connecticut . Whether you want to target large Striped Bass on the fly, gator Blues on top water, or anything else that swims, come on down and let's get on them and have some laughs along the way.

Capt Pete also runs Connecticuts only premier night fishing trip , where you will head into the dark in hunt for the largest trophy bass . Its a one of a kind experience for the true thrill seeker !

Growing up his whole life on the water has given Captain Pete the opportunity to create a connection to the local area in a way only a few get to experience. Sharing his passion for the outdoors and the ecosystem around the area is something he truly loves to pass on, but he doesn’t want to forget to hook into some beautiful fish and have fun along the way!

Your trip will take place on a new 21’ Mako bay boat that allows you to cast 360 degrees with no obstacles and venture into a foot of water for onshore blitzes. However, it’s also large and powerful enough to get offshore when the time calls for it! The boat can safely take up to 2 guests (although exceptions for a third angler will be made based on angler skill levels and weather ) anglers will be able to fish with plenty of room on wide obstacle free top decks at bow and stern..

Be it fly or spinning, the gear you’ll use is top-of-the-line and the most recent models out on the market. Captain Pete believes that fishing with high-quality products makes for an overall great experience, as well as shows you the limits you can push with new technology.

Some things to note before you come aboard – all Striped Bass fishing is CATCH AND RELEASE.  we recommend Polarized sunglasses, A thick outer layer or jacket (even in late summer the nights can get cold on the water) a good pair of shoes or sandles , Other than that, just bring your fishing licenses and something to eat, everything else will be taken care of by the crew.
