Come fish the productive waters of Western Long Island Sound aboard Viking Fly, a 20' SeaCraft built for an active, hands-on experience. Whether you're fly fishing or using spinning gear, each trip is tailored to your skill level.
Target Striped Bass, Bluefish, Bonito, and False Albacore depending on the season. This is a run-and-gun trip with no trolling, just staying on the fish and in the action.
I also offer a local trip option that stays close and is focused on non-stop action, making it a great fit for kids and beginners.
Up to 2 guests comfortably, with 3 possible depending on crew and conditions. All gear included, with fly rods available on request. You're welcome to keep legal catch.

Wes was a great captain with great communication on location and arrival for our trip. He got us on the fish and was great helping and guiding my son. He was fun, experienced and made our trip awesome. hooked onto some great fish and he stayed out as the fish were hot.

My love for fishing started at an early age salmon fishing in Iceland. That passion grew and led me to guide on a couple world famous rivers in Iceland. That love shifted towards saltwater when I had access to a boat. When I caught my first 'albie' 15 years ago I was 'ruined', freshwater took a back seat.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 3 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

How you can pay
When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 30% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
