Spend the day with Culebra Fishing Charter and get hooked on fishing in Culebra!
Depending on conditions, you might hook into Tarpon, Bonefish, Permit, Jack Crevalle, Great Barracuda, Kingfish, and anything else that bites.
For these species, you're likely to spin using light tackle. Capt. Antonio also offers fly fishing, as it is one of his specialties.
Your vessel for the day is a 17' Flats boat that holds up to 2 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.
Rods, reels, and tackle are included, as well as lures.
Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don't forget to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), hat, long sleeve shirts, **wading boots or sneakers** . Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is not allowed. There will be some light snacks included on board.

Antonio is the best
Our main goal was to catch a bunch of different fish and Capt. Flecha put us on them. We caught over 10 different species and over 20 fish total in the 4 hours we were with him. I know he is well versed in finding and catching the big three and if that was my goal I would happily book with him as well. Antonio is personable and professional while still feeling like you are fishing with your super knowledgeable buddy. You will not go wrong with Antonio.

Fabulous Bonefish/Permit Experience
Antonio Flecha is the the consummate guide! He knows the waters of Culebra intimately. His eagle eyes can see tailing fish up to hundreds of yards away, and detect a permit over grass beds that I would never see. For a time we got out of his skiff to hunt tailing bonefish in a foot of water. It was incredibly exciting to be set up for multiple shots of small groups of bonefish.Walking out of the flats he somehow spotted a lone permit, setting me up for a close shot at him, but no take. Back in the skiff, he poled back over the area, found the permit again, and got me a perfect shot at him. I couldn't believe I had a permit nose down nibbling at my crab fly. The permit lived up to its reputation by spitting the fly before a hard strike, but what a thrill. He ended the morning by poling his skiff in a different area to tailing bonefish, hooking one for a couple of great runs. His quiet explanations and directions hunting fish are priceless. His Sage rods and Hatch reels are perfectly set up with the right lines, leaders and flies to maximize success. I could not have had a better experience.

Great experience even for a fishing beginner
Antonio is very patient and friendly. He provided enough instruction on how to pull up a fish and it worked perfectly! Even though the weather was not the best, still happy that I got two big red hind!
