Your vessel for the day is a 17' Flats boat that holds up to 2 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.
Rods, reels, and tackle are included, as well as lures.
Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don't forget to bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), hat, long sleeve shirts, **wading boots or sneakers** . Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is not allowed. There will be some light snacks included on board.

We caught over 10 different species and over 20 fish total in the 4 hours we were with him. I know he is well versed in finding and catching the big three and if that was my goal I would happily book with him as well. Antonio is personable and professional while still feeling like you are fishing with your super knowledgeable buddy. You will not go wrong with Antonio.

After 30 years of fly fishing almost exclusively fresh water trout, saltwater fly casting for bonefish on the flats of Culebra with Antonio was a treat! I had multiple shots at a giant, then finally lined it. Same day I had 4 eats from tarpon and landed one. He is a great teacher and tells you right where the fish are. He has top of the line rod’s and reels, a very comfortable boat, and provided water and snacks. Captain Flecha is very knowledgeable about the area and great company as well. Thanks for a great day!

He is already planning a trip back to do some more fishing. They were very pleased with their guide. They said he was very friendly, knowledgeable and funny. We saw beautiful sights around the island while catching gorgeous fish. The weather was not ideal for fly fishing but Antonio still put us on fish and we had good action jigging. We will definitely do this again next time we are on the Island!

Fishing guide and owner Antonio is very capable,smart, on time ,pleasant,focused but relaxed at the same time on the water. He has great vision to spot fish and is very knowledgeable about the species on Culebra. He put us on fish even when weather conditions were less than ideal for fishing. He has to be one of the most pleasant guides I have hired in the last 20 years, a true pleasure to be around. I can enthusiastically recommend him as a fly fishing guide. You will enjoy the experience.
Captain Antonio is a fish whisper. He put you on the fish. We spent the entire 4 hrs chasing bonefish. Caught one and had other opportunities. Saw a lot of bonefish to stalk. Captain Antonio has it dialed in. Follow his lead for a chance to check one off your bucket list.
Water conditions weren't great but Antonio was still able to put me on several groups of feeding bonefish. I had opportunities but never hooked up. I learned a few things and enjoyed my time with Antonio. I would book again.
This is a man that knows how to fish and respects the water. We had a great time. Will be the first person i reach out to whenever we come back to Culebra. Thank you Antonio

We went jigging for grouper, mackrel and jacks instead of flats fishing for bonefish and taron since the latter were not biting due to weather conditions. We had alot of fun, learned alot and caught some nice fish. Antonio is a very pleasant guy who knows his stuff.

Capt Flecha has an extensive background in fly fishing in Puerto Rico as an accomplished fly tier and flats angler. A full-time fly and light tackle fishing guide located on the beautiful island of Culebra, Puerto Rico. He is the owner of both TFly shop and Culebra Fishing Charter. Capt Flecha targets Tarpon, Bonefish, Permit, and other popular species on a flats boat or by wading. He earned his nickname as the 'Permit Whisperer' of Puerto Rico due to his passion for the flats' phantom.
