Depending on the season, tides, and conditions, trips may target Snook, Redfish, Speckled Trout, Tarpon, Snapper, and other local species. Choose from inshore, nearshore, and seasonal Tarpon fishing trips, with each charter tailored to the group and the conditions that day.
Everything you need for a great day of fishing is provided, including rods, reels, tackle, bait, fishing licenses, ice, and bottled water. Just bring your food, favorite drinks, sunscreen, and anything else you’d like for the day.
Families and kids are always welcome, and Captain Matt is happy to work with anglers of all experience levels. Legal keeper fish can also be cleaned for you after the trip.

Overall, our entire experience with Southwest Shorelines exceeded our expectations. From the planning stage, communications with Capt Matt (before during, and throughout), cleanliness of his boat, quality of gear and bait, to being on time and getting us on the tarpon, there’s not much more we can say. He and his first mate Colin were consistently attentive throughout the several days we fished together. We connected with 12 fish and landed 6, the largest estimated to be 160 lbs. We even had the opportunity to experience a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launch on one of our early morning trips. Appreciate all of the memories with my son, it would not be the same without Capt Matt!
Captain Matthew put us on the fish all day. We caught a great Snook on our very first cast and it never stopped! What a day!! We all highly recommend a trip with Captain Matthew. We ended up canceling with another boat to get another day with Captain Matthew! Thanks again!
amazing morning trip, plenty of fish! snook redfish trout. matt was very friendly and knowledgable, put us on fish immediately at each spot we went to. highly recommend. just a great day all around, cant wait for next time!
My wife and I took a quick morning trip with Captain Matt. He was very patient and we were able to boat a number of fish. My wife caught a snook and I got a number of really big speckled trout.

How cancellations work
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 1 day before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

Pickup agreed upon reservation
Transfer to/from departure site may be available and included in price depending on your location and distance from the dock.
How you can pay
Pay online in full through FishingBooker and save on credit card fees at the dock.
No additional fees.
When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 15% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
