Fishing around here will often see you targeting Walleye, Yellow Perch, and more, depending on the time of year. On these trips, you can expect to troll using light tackle.
Your vessel for the day is a 27' Dek Kat Sandbar 2680 center console with room for 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels and bait are covered by the charter.
You will need to get a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
You can't go wrong when you bring sunblock (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Captain Rex (and first mate, Bob) were great. He knew the spots to go to and did a good job of working with us novice fishermen. We caught our limit plus a few throwbacks. We will us TRex Charters again.
