Capt. Mark is here to get you on some fish and to make sure you have fun doing it. You'll be using techniques like bottom fishing, drift fishing, popping, and spinning, depending on what you're going after. As part of their 4 to 7-hour trips, you can target Redfish, Black Drum, and Speckled Trout, according to the current season and weather conditions.
You'll be fishing from a 22' Majek boat with enough room for up to 4 anglers comfortably. When it comes to rods, reels, and terminal tackle, everything you need is included in the price. Don't forget to buy a fishing license before the trip! You can keep anything you catch as long as it's legal to do so.

Mark, could not have been better. After hitting our limitnon trout, he made sure we also caught some beautiful reds. We will definitely be back and highly recommend him.
Slow start but Captain Butch knew where to keep looking and had us on the redfish, 5 keepers including my best 27” beauty
I have fished my whole life. I know guides cannot "guarantee" catching fish. Their job is to work like crazy to search for the fish for me to catch. I did "pretty good" at boating fish today but there was never one minute that I did not feel Mark was working his butt off trying to get me into the fish. In addition, he is a wonderfully enjoyable guide to be with, offers suggestions without making you feel dumb and has great equipment. I would use Mark again any day and recommend him to my closest friends.
We have always had great trips with Captain Hudson. He comes from a great petigree of guides. His family has lived in Rockport and fished the area for generations. Everything is always well maintained, and he provides a relaxing friendly environment. I would highly recommend him for your next trip. He's great with during flounder, redfish, and trout seasons. I hope your family enjoys him like ours has.
