If you’re in the market for a day to remember, look no further than Got 2 Go Fishing Charters. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Shaun can tell you all about the local fishery.
These waters hold game fish like Amberjack, Great Barracuda, Black Drum, Bonito, Cobia, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Gag Grouper, Scamp Grouper, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Red Snapper, Vermilion Snapper, Blacktip Shark, and more, depending on when and where you go.
Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself light tackle fishing, trolling, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Any fish within the legal limit are yours to keep. Capt. Shaun can even clean your catch for you. Make sure you have a cooler ready in the car!
Your boat for the day is a 22’ Center console with a capacity for 6 passengers. It has downriggers and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. Rods, reels, and tackle are included. Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!
You can’t go wrong when you bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and a hat. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask.

Shark Fishing Expedition AM
All around great trip!
My husband and I booked the shark fishing trip. Upon booking Captain Shaun was upfront and honest with us about the time of year not being a guarantee of catching one, which we didn't, but not because he didn't try. Shaun pulled out all of the tricks and stops to try to get us a shark. Him and his hand Solomon were very friendly and made the trip fun. We were also able to fish for other fish while trying to catch a shark which was successful. We will definitely be booking again during shark season and cannot wait!!

Got 2 just book this trust me
Had an awesome time with Shawn and Mikey. They were not only true pros at finding the fish but they were also really on our level at understanding what we set out to do and how to accomplish that. We spent a week in the area doing lots of fun things but when we got back home and people asked, “hey how was your vacation” the first thing I talk about is our experience on Shawn’s boat. 10/10 experience with them. Hoping for a day in the future to do it again! Thanks so much guys.

Awesome Trip
Captain Shaun was amazing! We were able to consistently catch fish, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He interacted great with my children (12 and 9) and made them feel comfortable with the equipment and being out in the ocean. He taught us all about the different types of fish and was sympathetic when my 9yr old got extremely sick from the waves. My son said it was his favorite part of the entire vacation. Will 100% book with Captain Shaun again in the future!!!!

3 Hour Trip – Inshore Kids AM
Shaun was a great Captain!
We did a three hour in bay fishing trip with Captain Shaun today. My nephew and I took his 9 & 8 year old sons on the trip. Shaun was very attentive to the boys, ensuring they were having a good time. We all caught a bunch of fish. Shaun took great care ensuring we had all the tackle and bait needed for the trip. He stayed busy the entire time getting bait on our hooks and helping with casting to good locations. He went above and beyond. The boys have been talking non-stop ever since we got home about what a fun time they had. And bonus, Shaun took a bunch of pics and shared them with us at the end of the trip. Thanks again, Captain Shaun!

Shaun, Was great with the lady and kids and got to know everyone. Safety was the 1st point of experience, super important. There was an array of experience levels on the boat and and Sean cater to each new experiences playing in to each experience and challenging everyone. He’s also a great local source of information. I will be recommending Sean moving forward and he will be my go to whenever I’m in town.
