Depending on conditions, you might hook into Chinook Salmon, Coho Salmon, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Lake Trout, or even Brown Trout. For these species, you're likely to troll. Captain Chris will clean and package all of your catch, so pack a cooler ready in the car!
Your boat for the day, the "Reel Paradise," is a 31' Tiara Open, perfectly designed for trolling the Great Lakes. She is rigged to the gills with brand new Garmin electronics in 2024. Equipped with a Garmin autopilot, multiple Garmin Graphs, and Garmin Radar, we are able to find the fish and stay on them. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures.
All fisherman are required to buy a local fishing license before the trip, you can also purchase a license online. If you're traveling with the family, you'll be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard. Don't forget to being snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!

We booked the 7-hour morning charter and had a great time! The bite started off a little slow, but Captain Chris never stopped working to keep us on fish. His knowledge and persistence paid off—we ended up limiting out! The boat was clean, organized, and very well maintained, From start to finish, everything was professional and well run. Zero complaints. If you’re looking for a captain who works hard and knows how to find fish, I highly recommend booking with Captain Chris. We’ll definitely be back! 🎣
Not a single complaint! The crew was outstanding! Captain Chris and Jeff were knowledgeable and made the correct adjustments when necessary, so we were catching fish from start to finish. They did great working with our kids (ages 10-15) and teaching them about the whole process as we went. Can’t speak highly enough of them and of our experience!
My brothers and I reserved this charter to take our dad for Father’s Day weekend. We went in the afternoon where they said it was common to only carch about 7 fish. Chris and his partner plopped us right in a honey hole where we all caught our 5 fish limit with over half an hour left in our trip. We left with 20 fish in our boat that yieled over 50 pounds of fillets. We already reserved for next year for Father’s day weekend again. 100% recommend and wouldn’t go with anyone else.

I can not say enough good things about Chris and Flagship Fishing Charters. This was our first time fishing Lake Michigan and we did not know what to expect. Chris did an amazing job the whole time keeping lines in the water and putting us on fish from the beginning of the trip. All 4 of us on the trip had a limit of fish thanks to Chris and knowing where to go. We had booked an afternoon trip and he had an opening in the morning and suggested we go then, and man was he right. Chris is so polite and courteous and offered up any knowledge he had to help us out. The next time we get up there I will not be searching for a fishing charter. I will be calling Chris for another awesome experience. Thanks again Chris!!!!
Captain Chris and Jeff were super friendly. Combined they had so much rcperience. We were very impressed. Would highly recommend this Charter to anyone wanting a great fishing day out on the Lake. Would recommend for a gun family adventure.
