Depending on the season, you might hook into Amberjack, Bluefish, Cobia, Mahi Mahi, Flounder, Gag Grouper, King Mackerel, Redfish, Sheepshead, Red Snapper, and who knows what else! For these species, you're likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Any fish you catch are yours to take home, provided they're within size and bag limits.
Capt. Jason will bring you aboard a 32' Center console with space for 6 passengers. He'll provide rods and reels for you, as well as lures, and live bait is included, but you should ask him whether you'll be catching it yourself. There's no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard!
If necessary for the trip, you'll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish and make the most of your time. Mates work for tips, and it's customary to offer them a 20% gratuity. Remember to bring your own food, snacks, and drinks. Don't forget your sunscreen (non-spray), hat, and sunglasses. Personal coolers are allowed but no glass onboard.

Awesome Charter!
6 Hour Trip – Offshore on September 22, 2025 • 2 adults • 1 child
Capt. Jason and Richard were great! Met us at the dock right on time and were ready to roll after they took request for music preferences, Rock and roll of course, and that we did. They took us to three different spots and we caught fish at each one. They put us on top of the fish and my wife, son, and I were reeling in a great catch for the day. This was a great size boat so we weren't all on top of each other and were able to move around easily and plenty of room to sit. I would recommend them for any length charter. We did the 6 hour trip and it was ample time to catch alot. When we returned to the dock, both of them got to cleaning the fish for us, and I'm going to repeat myself again, there were alot of fish! Great boat, great crew, great day of fishing with plenty of memories for our family! Thanks guys!

Outstanding Offshore Fishing Trip with Captain Jason & Chasin’ Dreams Charters!

We had an absolutely unforgettable experience fishing offshore with Captain Jason and Chasin’ Dreams Charters! From the moment we stepped on the boat, everything was top-notch — smooth, professional, and a whole lot of fun.
Captain Jason put us right on the fish, and we were reeling them in nonstop. His expertise and enthusiasm made the trip not just successful but genuinely enjoyable. A huge shoutout to deckhand Richard as well — he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and worked hard the entire trip to make sure everything ran like clockwork. Whether it was baiting hooks, handling the gear, or just keeping the vibe fun and relaxed, Richard was awesome.
The boat was clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable — you can tell this crew takes pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a top-tier offshore fishing adventure, look no further than Chasin’ Dreams Charters. We’ll definitely be booking again!

Captain Williams called us 30 minutes before we were scheduled to leave. He had bad news. He had driven to several places trying to find live shrimp for bait. No luck. He said we could still go but might not catch anything but catfish. We decided a day on the water was better than a day on land. After the first few stops only produced a few catfish we moved on. A nice sea trout followed. Then a variety of fish began biting. One of our group had the right technique and hooked up with several Spanish mackerel. Overall, the 4 hour trip produced a mixed bag of sea bass, mackerel, trout and a few other tasty filets. Ended the trip with a large manatee in the marina. Jason was great with our youngest angler, letting him help out as a deck hand. Highly recommend Chasin' Dreams Charters!
