Quepos has a fish with your name on it, so let Ñito II Sportfishing help you catch it! Your guide for the day is Captain Francisco, giving you access to years of knowledge and experience.

Capt. Francisco welcomes you aboard the Ñito II, the 23' sportfishing boat that he's been operating with his family for years. This family business is all about providing a unique and exciting offshore fishing experience. In addition, the Ñito II is equipped with everything you need for a great fishing adventure, from high-quality fishing equipment to comfort and safety at sea, and can accommodate 5 passengers.

Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Pacific Barracuda, Roosterfish, African Pompano Jack, Mahi Mahi, Grouper, Jack Crevalle, Kingfish, Blue Marlin, Cubera Snapper, Snook, Wahoo, Sailfish, and whatever else takes the bait. On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.

The captain is happy to have kids aboard, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself. Capt. Francisco proudly shares his passion for fishing with all of the guests and is committed to showing you the best fishing experience possible.

Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. It's customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation. The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, but Capt. Francisco will help you follow the regulations when you fish.

'We hope you enjoy your time with us and come away with some of the best catches of your lives – let's go fishing together!' - Capt. Francisco

Great Day on the Water
Half day trip-Offshore on June 20, 20263 adults

the crew and captain were super flexible and allowed us to move our trip to earlier in the AM due to weather in the evening. the captain was cery responsive with every message and attempted to target what we wanted to try and catch. We didn't catch anything but that is fishing sometimes. overall the trip was teally fun and we had an awesome time on the water.

Amazing Time in Quepos
Half Day Trip – Inshore (AM) on July 26, 20264 adults

Had a great time on the Nito II. The crew went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We caught a few fish and the views were amazing! We also appreciated the cooler full of water, soda, juice and of course cervezas!

Great morning of fishing
Half Day Trip – Inshore (AM) on February 6, 20263 adults

i had a limited time for fishing and my goal was to catch a Rooster Fish. they put me right on the fish and I was able to catch two of my target Rooster Fish. A wonderful ending to my two weeks touring Costa Rica and the knowledgable friendly crew helped to put a five star on my trip.

Reported catch:
Roosterfish
African Pompano Jack

Great day
Half day trip-Offshore on December 24, 20254 adults

We had the best day in the boat. Fishing was a little slow but the guides worked their butts off and got us 1 at the end. Water was calm and weather was perfect. Was treated very well. Highly recommended

Even though our entire trip was dampened by the rain, this amazing crew ensured that we had a wonderful time, caught fish, saw whales, and smiled the entire time! Mucho gracias!
